This is a traditional style two-bedroom villa about 500 metres from the sea on the outskirts of the village of Argaka, accessed via a quiet country lane. The villa is very private and not overlooked. The pleasant garden has grassed areas, various flower beds and a selection of young fruit trees. From the main door you look south to the hills whereas the front veranda faces north, with breathtaking views of the sea. You are in the country here with panoramic views, and the beach is within a short walking distance. The accommodation consists of a large open-plan living room/kitchen with dining area with cool marble floors throughout. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, one full bathroom, and an extra cloakroom with WC. The outside areas are enclosed within the boundary walls, and the 7m x 3.5m swimming pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace.

Argaka is a quiet, traditional village, known for it's many fruit orchards and long stretch of unspoilt beach. The town of Polis is just a 5 minute drive, and here you will find a good selection of both traditional Cypriot tavernas and international style restaurants as well as cafes, shops and a daily market on the pedestrianised town square. A further five minute drive will take you into the fishing village of Latchi where you can take a boat trip around the peninsular of the unspoilt Akamas National Park, try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Paphos Town with it's excellent shopping and leisure opportunites and cosmopolitan harbour can be reached within 45 minutes.

  • Rates are inclusive of weekly cleaning service and welcome grocery pack.
    Air-conditioning is optional, charged at £4 per unit per day, payable in advance (there are two units, one in each bedroom)
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
