It is hard to imagine a better site than this. The villa stands on high ground about 300m from the beach and 500m from Latsi's harbour. With superb views of the sea and the sunset over nearby Akamas National Park. The design of the villa have been carefully conceived to make the most of the views, with a large window facing seawards from the attractive lounge and balcony's. A modern,spacious and eell-designed living area comprising of an open-plan kitchen/dining room with a kitchen and six chairs, patio doors leading to a covered terrace and pool with barbeque. The villa has lawned gardens surrounding the swimming pool and its sunny terrace, offering excellent views. Guests will find the accommodation of an excellent standard. Free grocery pack.

The large and modern kitchen opens onto a spacious lounge where marble floors and a high sloping ceiling keeps the room cool on hot days. The design of the villas have been carefully connived to make the most of the views, with a large window facing seawards from attractive lounge and balconies. Guests will find the accommodation of the excellent standard.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For long term period the cost is 900 euros for the whole month.
    Air conditioning or heating is always extra, at the price of 5 euros per day per unit.
    Also safe box is extra ten euros per week.
  • Booking conditions: once you decided about the dates, I will need a 200 euros for one week holiday and four hundreds euros for two weeks holiday in order for your holiday to confirmed. The remaining amount of payment is due on arrival. Bank details will be given to you to transfer the deposit.
    A car hire can be arranged for you.
  • When I receive your deposit I will send you the directions to the villa and make welcome arrangements.

General information:: The Akamas National Park offers a host of activities for the more active holidaymaker and/or nature lover. A choice of beaches are just a short drive away. Watersports are plentiful. Boat trips and motorboats for hire are available in Latchi. Step back in time and visit the many, many historic sites the Paphos region has to offer. Explore the legend of Goddess Aphrodite, start with the Baths of Aphrodite-you can walk or drive there from the house! Cyprus now produces some fine wines, visit the wineries of the area just a short drive away. Local bus services run between Latchi and Polis. A regular bus to Paphos operates from Polis. Car hire is highly recommended, try a 4-wheel drive so you may explore off road! Ski in the Troodos Mountains in the winter season (2hrs drive). Polis Tourist Information Office will help visitors get the most from their holiday, whatever your interest!

Local Activities:: Cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, water parks, ancient archaeological sites, museums, mini cruses.

Cyprus: Cyprus enjoys a high European standard of living whilst the cost of living is low. Food in Cyprus is excellent - vegetables, fruit, meat and fish are always fresh. Cyprus wines and spirits are of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Crime rate - Cyprus has a crime rate which is only 1/6th of the average rate of other European countries. The climate of Cyprus makes the island one of the healthiest and most pleasant places in the world (340 days of bright sunshine a year). Temperatures rarely drop below 16C. The winter is mild encouraging holidays all year round. Average temperatures for October and November are 29C and 25C respectively.

Villa Cyprus: Highly recommendable!

Dear Chris,
My wife and I had two wonderful weeks at your Villa Cyprus! The villa is beautiful, overlooking the coast, quiet, very spacious, well maintained and offers everything for a relaxing poolside holiday. For those (like us) who need to stay in touch with your office: The Villa offers internet access, Chris helps to hook up your laptop.
Shops are close by (10-20 minutes walk). We enjoyed to walk to Polis (30 minutes along the beach) where you find excellent restaurants (cheaper and better than those in Latchi).
Great service from Chris who helped me when my laptop broke down: He gave me his own laptop!
Once again many, many thanks for your help and hospitality, Chris! We will return to Villa Cyprus!

Our first and most definately not last visit to Cyprus. The Villa Cyprus was everything you could wish for. The property was well maintained and regularly cleaned with the swimming pool being cleaned on a daily basis. The location of the property was superb, close to Polis and Latchi and you could enjoy the most amazing views and stunning sunsets overlooking Latchi. A wonderful holiday thank you Chris. We will be back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Fotis. The location was perfect and the views were truly stunning, especially with the magnificent sunsets across the Akamas. The villa was well fitted, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was a good bonus to have the broadband access enabling us to keep in contact with family at home. Many thanks to Chris for providing good customer service. Would highly recommend and hope to return again.

Beautiful villa.Very clean and well maintained with fantastic views. Great service from Chris who helped with all minor details and providing heater for cool evenings. Easy walk or short drive to excellent restaurants in either Latchi or Polis, would also recommend local bakery in Prodromi. Very well placed for a relaxing poolside holiday or for walking in the Akama National Park, which was spectacular this spring. Have no hesitation in recommending to our friends and look forward to returning.

Our second visit to your villas first year was villa Elias & this year villa Cyprus, they are always clean & well equipped, fantastic location & views superb, this area of Cyprus is ideal for all family, people are welcoming & restaurants are plentiful, one of the best kept secrets of Cyprus, looking forward to seeing you all again next August.
