Set in a private cul-de-sac surrounded by citrus and olive groves the villa is individually designed to a high standard and tastefully furnished throughout. Only a 10 minute walk from the picturesque central square of Polis and a 5 minute drive to local beaches this villa is ideal for couples and families seeking tranquillity but not isolation in genuinely low key Polis. Accommodation includes master double bedroom with en-suite shower/wc and balcony. Two twin bedrooms with balconies share a bathroom with wc, bath and shower facility. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, hairdryers and optional air conditioning/heating. Large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dinning area. Separate lounge and additional dinning area with satellite TV/DVD/CD. Downstairs wc. Outside a covered terrace joins a south facing patio, 8x4m swimming pool, pool shower, large BBQ, and garden with orange and lemon trees. Sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture. Free weekly maid service and welcome pack on arrival.

Like the villa itself the small town of Polis stands among citrus and olive groves at the western end of Cyprus’ north coast. Its full name Polis Chrysochou means ‘City of the Golden Land’ a reference to its location amongst fertile agricultural land. An unspoilt location offering a relaxing holiday Polis and the surrounding area is noticeably quieter than other parts of Cyprus and yet is only a 40 minute drive from Paphos Airport. Set back 1km from the sea the focal point of Polis is the central square where you’ll find a small number of very good traditional restaurants specialising in local Cypriot cuisine. The small fishing village of Latchi with its picturesque harbour and fine seafood restaurants is close by as is the Akamas Peninsular popular with walkers. Polis has a 'Blue Flag' beach which is backed by pine trees and a eucalyptus grove with beachfront taverna and sunbeds. Locally you'll find all the usual holiday activities available and a warm Cypriot welcome awaits you.

The lounge has 2 sofas, coffee tables, additional seating area with local information, large TV with satellite reception (including BBC World, BBC Prime, Boomerang and local channels), DVD/CD. The main dining area has table and chairs seating 6. There is one ceiling fan in the kitchen and two in the lounge/dining area. The lounge also has air-conditioning. Upstairs the bedrooms all have ceiling fans, air-conditioning, hairdryers, bedside tables and built-in wardrobes. The rear balcony also has 2 tables and 4 chairs. Outside there are 6 comfortable sun loungers, 3 parasols, table and chairs seating 6 and a large Cypriot brick BBQ. There is plenty of room on the patio area around the pool for sunbathing whilst the covered terrace provides some shade. The garden is planted with orange, mandarin and lemon trees, palms and colourful shrubs.

Lemon Grove Villa: Constructed by a well respected local builder there is real attention to detail with quality tiles, bespoke fitted kitchen and local stone around the pool. The individual design includes a side patio to the kitchen accessed by patio doors and two further patio doors lead from the spacious lounge/dinning area to the covered terrace and landscaped gardens. There is lighting around the pool to illuminate both pool and garden at night. The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom includes screened walk-in shower and the bathroom has bath and screened shower facility. Electric shaver points in both. Plenty of wardrobe space. The rear balcony has views of agricultural land and olive groves to distant mountains. To compliment the villas design quality furnishings have been used. Towels (excluding beach) and bed linen are provided and changed weekly. You'll also find iron/ironing board, clothes airer, DVD's, games, books and a detailed Guest Manual with local information. A car is not essential.

I refer to our recent stay at 'Lemon Grove' villa in Polis. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your villa. Not only did the town of Polis surpass our expectations, the facilities in the villa and the pool were fantastic. We especially appreciated the personal touches around the villa and all rooms were equipped to a very high standard. The TV and DVDs were a great hit with the children who enjoyed some time in the shade.
We will have no hesitation in recommending your villa to friends and family and we will return again very soon.

An exellent villa in an excellent location. Fully equiped with everything you could need, although with the super and friendly restraunts a short walk away in Polis you may not be in the kitchen much!
Full details of where to eat and where to visit provided by the owner and usefully supplimented by visitors to the villa.
Located in a quieter but no less interesting part of the Island. Love to go back.
Loads of boat hire and snorkeling to be done from nearby Latchi.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Many thanks for our recent stay at Lemon Grove, yet again (3rd time). We would be very hard pushed to find a better villa or location than this. Villa & service immaculate, Polis town lovely as ever. Contemplating re-booking for next year already. At this rate we'll never go anywhere else.
