A newly build villa (August, 2005) in Paphos district area, near Polis. A romantic, private beach villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Surrounded by lemon trees, mango and avocado trees. Great sea and mountain view. Just 1 minute walk to the nearest beach at Pomos harbour. There you can enjoy fresh fish. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking! The villa has a private 'L' shape swimming pool with roman steps (4x9m), 8 wooden sun beds and 4 umbrellas are also available as well as 8 wooden chairs and 2 wooden tables. There is a big backyard with 8 chairs and 2 tables (under the lemon trees) which is suitable for children to enjoy their play safely. There are 2 double very romantic bedrooms with build beds and long curtains covering them. It has a sea view balcony with 4 wooden chez long chairs where you can relax and enjoy your drinks watching the sunset. In the lounge there is a build fireplace, 3 double and 1 triple sofa, 2 coffee tables (sittings for 12 pers.)

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are for 1-8 persons occupancy. The prices include all local taxes and expenses of the villa. Air-condition use is optional and is charged 3.00 CY pounds per day, per unit. A cot can be provided for an extra person for a fee of 20.00 CYP per adult per day and for children 10.00 CYP per child per day. The use of Internet is provided on your request and is charged 10.00 CY pounds per day. Maid service is provided once a week and is included in the rental rates. For mid-week maid service there is an extra charge of 15.00 CY pounds.
  
• Booking policy: A non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm reservation. If the arrival is more than three months from booking time and you will rent the villa for 14 days, instead of the deposit of 30%, you may alternatively pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other amount (20%) to be paid 3 months before your arrival. You can send the deposit by banks transfer (for that we can send you our banks account) or by Credit Card (Master Card or Visa). The balance can be paid the first or the second day of your arrival at the villa by cash or by visa. Preferred by cash. If credit card is used for the payment a 2% administration fee will be added.
  
• If the 70% balance amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by banks transfer you have a 5% discount in that amount. If you wish to pay the full amount by banks transfer from the time of reservation we can make you a 5% discount in this full amount.
  The pool is heated. The use of the heating system is optional and charged with the amount of 50.00 EUR per day. Minimum period of use: 5 days. Minimum notice of your intention to use the heating system: 3 days.
  
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the villa in Paphos region, Cyprus

Bedrooms-Bathrooms

There is one double bedroom downstairs which has en-suite facilities with a shower, a WC and a washbasin. The other double bedroom which is upstairs also has en-suite facilities with a shower, a WC and a washbasin. The other two twin bedrooms have a common bathroom, a WC and a washbasin. The one of the twin bedrooms has a sea view balcony with 4 chez long chairs. Downstairs there is an extra WC and an extra washbasin available.

Mobile Phone

The villa's mobile phone is provided on your request. This phone works with prepaid cards that you can easily find in many shops in Cyprus. The number will be available to you if you ask it at the time of your arrival at the villa.

Directions to the villa

From Paphos airport: Drive from Paphos airport until you reach a T junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about 1 km turn right and drive north, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find a roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous. You will arrive at Polis in 25 minutes. From Polis turn right and drive eastward, then you will find the consecutive villages of Argaka, Ayia Marina, Nea Dhimata and Pomos. Drive for about 3 minutes until you reach Pomos harbour. You follow the sign showing to Pomos harbour and you turn left. There you can find our sign (Votsalo Villa) which will lead you there. Someone will be waiting for you at the villa.
