The villa offers a high standard of accommodation, and is equipped throughout with high quality furnishings and fixtures and fittings. The attractive lounge has a working fireplace and French doors which open onto the front terrace by the swimming pool. The separate kitchen is equipped with all mod cons. The first double bedroom is situated on the ground floor, together with en-suite bathroom. A guest cloakroom is adjacent. On the first floor, the large, airy landing has a utility area with sink. French doors open out onto the vast upper terrace, which looks over the pool and the orange groves beyond and down to the sea. The two further double bedrooms both have small private balconies. One bedroom has en-suite shower room with body-jet massage system shower, whilst the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. Outside, extensive patios and sunbathing areas border the unusually large 14 metre swimming pool which has a small water feature at the shallow end.

The villa has a lawned area and colourful gardens, and to the rear is the similar sister villa, which is also available for rental should a large family group wish to travel together. However, each villa is surrounded by stone walls topped with trellis fencing to maximize the privacy of each property. The village of Argaka is a peaceful village on the West coast Paphos area, where you will find many citrus orchards and quiet beaches. The pretty town of Polis is just 5 minutes by car. The quaint town centre offers a good selection of shops, restaurants and tavernas radiating from the pedestrianised town square. Latchi with it's famed harbour-front fish tavernas can be reached within 10 minutes drive. Paphos town centre is within 40 minutes drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Air-conditioning (for cooling or heating) is included except for the use of the large units in the lounge and kitchen which if required are charged for at a supplement of 10 Euros per day, payable locally. Outdoor jacuzzi hot tub 35 euros per day, payable locally. Complementary welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service are included.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that credit/debit card payments are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
