Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are for 1-6 people. Maximum occupancy is 8 people with an additional charge of 25 Euro/person/day. Rates include one cleaning-bed sheets, towel change and pool cleaning once a week. Air-condition units are charged 5 Euro/day / unit . Daily cleaning service is available upon request.
  
• 30% deposit required upon accepted reservation. Additional 70% due 8 weeks before arrival date. In case of full payment 3 months before arrival a 5% discount will be made. No cancellations after deposits received. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Alternatively, savour the excellent food and wines in the quieter tavern's in nearby Polis and Pomos area with their gentle and friendly character.

Nea Dimmata - Polis - Paphos

Nea Dimmata is a pretty, quiet, traditional Cypriot village, located directly on a long beach. In the village you will find a local coffee shop and supermarket. The main town of Polis is an easy 12 minute drive along the coast and here you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and a daily market in the colourful Town Square. The fishing village of Latchi is just a further 5 minute drive, where you can take a boat trip around the unspoilt Akamas peninsular, try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Unspoilt beaches stretch along the coastline around Latchi and Polis. Paphos Town centre, with it shops, cosmopolitan harbour area and extensive leisure facilities is approximately 45 minutes by car.

Golf Information:

The villa is 1 hr drive from Secret Valley Golf club, and from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 45 minutes from Tsada Golf club: SECRET VALLEY, is a challenging 5,900-metre par 71 course with fabulous views. Peak rates; £30 per round during 16th Sep to 15th May. Clubs £8 to rent. Individual lessons are available from resident PGA Professional at £25 per hour of 1 or 2 people. Golf practice areas. APHRODITE HILLS , an even more challenging 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Peak rates; £60 including shared buggy. Handicap certificate required. Excellent practice facilities and PGA professionals. Clubs £20 to rent. TSADA - Fees and facilities similar to Secret Valley. 6,000 metre, par 71 course set high is the hills. With all of these courses playable in sunshine almost all year round, you are spoilt for choice!
