This Olympians Latchi Beach Villa is a new exclusive villa in Cyprus, with three bedrooms, adjacent to the Latchi Public Beach which has recently been awarded the Environmental Blue Flag. Crystal clear blue waters literally on your door step. Set amongst open fields, boasting uninterrupted sea views. This Mediterranean style villa has been individually painted in bright colours, with surrounding walls assuring added privacy to the villa. At the Olympian Beach villa clients have unlimited use of the facilities in the nearby Elia Latchi Village. This includes sporting activities such as mini golf, use of 3 tennis courts, archery, water sports, children’s club and restaurants.

Latchi is one of the oldest fishing spots in Cyprus. It is situated 35 kilometers north of Paphos. It features a picturesque fishing harbor and around it is a cluster of Fish Taverns offering the catch of the day. There are a few shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars and a disco. On both sides of the harbor a sandy/pebble beach extends to a few kilometers. It is close to Aphrodite's Baths, a semi-cave pond, where according to the legend, Aphrodite the goddess of love and beauty used to come with her lovers to bathe. The Akamas National Park is also within a few minutes driving distance. The area is ideal for hiking, jogging or cycling, far away from the big hotels and mass tourism, alone with nature. Apart from the ancient history and natural beauties and the unique climate, Latchi resort is enriched with the Polis Chrysochous, a village just two miles away with its old buildings and the well-known hospitality of the local people, is the place where you can find traditional taverns pubs

Excellent villas, especially for family holidays. Privacy, peaceful location on the beach. Management and caretakers were very friendly and willing to help us enjoy our stay.

Very nice, basic accommodation. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Gardens lovely - we had a grapefruit tree full of fruit! Children loved exploring in the adjacent fields & beach. Latchi a great resort. Quite a long walk for small children, but playground 1/2 way between villa & resort. Weather fantastic in October. Caretaker & reservations office fantastic, nothing a problem, very professional & helpful. Price just right for accommodation & region as a whole very reasonable.
