Sliding glass doors lead out from the living room onto the shaded veranda, from which stunning sea views can be admired. Guests will find the accommodation of an excellent standard, along with the stone poolside terrace offering excellent views of the sea and the sunset over nearby Akamas national park. Ideal for families and couples wanting a contemporary style holiday home convenient for the beach or exploration further afield.   • For one week booking we take 200 euros deposit and for two weeks booking we take
    400 cy euros deposit in order for your booking to be confirmed.
    Method of payment via bank transfer.

  • PRICE ARE WEEKLY PER VILLA NOT PER PERSON: For long term period the cost is 900 euros for the whole month. Air conditioning or heating is always extra, at the price of 4.5 euros per day per unit. Also safe box is extra euros per day. Booking conditions: once you decided about the dates, I will need a 200 euros for one week holiday and four hundreds euros for two weeks holiday in order for your holiday to confirmed. The remaining amount of payment is due on arrival. Bank details will be given to you to transfer the deposit. A car hire can be arranged for you. When I receive your deposit I will send you the directions to the villa and make welcome arrangements. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU AND ARE SURE YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY.
  • A high speed broadband network is available in the villa.
    Have your laptop with you.
    The cost is 30 euros per week.

GOLF INFORMATION.: Golf Information Golf Information: Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are two 18 hole golf courses to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 kilometres east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. Just to say we have had a lovely holiday. Just love sitting on the veranda at night with a bottle of wine enjoying the peace and quiet and during the day admiring the superb view.

Everything about the villa and resort is excellent. the pool is great and the views to the sea and mountains are stunning. The food has been first-class nd the people are very friendly.
All-in-all we have had a fantastic time and would gladly come again.

We had a fantastic time here at easter, couldn't recommend it enough, plan to return hopefully later in the year. Great area of Cyprus unspolit and beautiful.
