Notes to the rental rates

• For one week booking we take 200 euros deposit and for two weeks booking we take
  400 cy euros deposit in order for your booking to be confirmed.
  Method of payment via bank transfer.

• PRICE ARE WEEKLY PER VILLA NOT PER PERSON: For long term period the cost is 900 euros for the whole month. Air conditioning or heating is always extra, at the price of 4.5 euros per day per unit. Also safe box is extra euros per day. Booking conditions: once you decided about the dates, I will need a 200 euros for one week holiday and four hundreds euros for two weeks holiday in order for your holiday to confirmed. The remaining amount of payment is due on arrival. Bank details will be given to you to transfer the deposit. A car hire can be arranged for you. When I receive your deposit I will send you the directions to the villa and make welcome arrangements. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU AND ARE SURE YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY.
