Completed in late 2005, the open-plan living areas are well furnished and fully equipped with all mod-cons and many luxury extras such as Satellite TV and ‘X-Box’ entertainment system. Also on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom, and the first double bedroom, together with en-suite shower room with hydro massage jets and steam system. The 3 first floor bedrooms all have attractive wooden beamed ceilings. The master double bedroom has a private balcony with panoramic sea and countryside views, and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The two twin bedded rooms both have private balconies, one offering views over the rolling green hills to the rear, the other offering sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms with hydro massage shower system. The large, overflow swimming pool is set to the side of the property, taking advantage of breathtaking views of the sea and inland hills, and there is a separate children's paddling pool. Lawned gardens and private driveway. Total privacy assured.

The villa is set in a private and scenic location, in an elevated position affording breathtaking views of the coastline and the Mediterranean Sea. Argaka is a quiet, unspoilt village, known for it's many fruit orchards and quiet beaches. The town of Polis is just a 5 minute drive, and here you will find a good selection of traditional tavernas and international-style restaurants, cafes, shops and a daily market on the pedestrianised town square. A further 5 minute drive away is the fishing village of Latchi where you can take a boat trip around the peninsular of the unspoilt Akamas National Park, try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Paphos Town with its excellent shopping opportunities and cosmopolitan harbour can be reached within 45 minutes. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended in order to explore the surrounding countryside, and also as the villa is reached via a partly unmade road.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are fully inclusive of welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service. Air-conditioning, if required, is payable locally at the rate of 4 Euros per unit per day.
    A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
