The ground floor features an open-plan living/dining room, kitchen and utility room; well furnished and equipped throughout. The first bedroom is found on the ground floor, and is luxuriously furnished with a large 4-poster bed and has an en-suite shower room. A handy cloakroom is also on this level. The marble staircase leads to the 3 further bedrooms; one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and two twin bedded rooms together with a beautifully fitted bathroom with jacuzzi bath. A large upper terrace offers a delightful place to relax and admire the lovely views over the rolling hills and unspoilt countryside. A/C and central heating throughout. Patio doors from the lounge open out to a large outdoor dining terrace, covered for shade, overlooking the inviting swimming pool. Additionally, at the side of the pool terrace is a large gazebo with table and seating for 10 overlooking the extensive orange groves. A barbeque area is found on the side terrace together with a pool shower.

The whole property is totally private and very quiet, being surrounded by lush green citrus groves and with no other property in the immediate vicinity, yet is only a leisurely 5 minute drive to Polis Town, 7 minutes to the beach and to Latchi fishing harbour. Polis is a traditional town where you will find a good selection of authentic tavernas and international-style restaurants, cafes, shops and a daily market on the pedestrianised town square. From Latchi you can take a boat trip around the peninsular of the unspoilt Akamas National Park, try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. The larger town centre of Paphos is approximately 35 minutes drive and offers a wealth of shopping and sightseeing opportunities.

  • Prices are fully inclusive of air-conditioning/central heating, welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
