Newly Built( Timber Frame Construction) Villa, Beautifully furnished, finished to very high standard, this villa sits at the base of the mountains and has stunning views over the Med. To the left you see round the coast to Pygros and to the right you overlook the quaint fishing harbour of Kannalli. You can hill walk, scuba dive, snorkel, swim or sunbathe at the harbour, or spend time in total privacy at the villa.

Pomos is situated on the North West coast of Cyprus, not far from Polis The area is peaceful and boasts some of the most amazing views of the coastline, it has sandy beaches & is the ideal place for rest & relaxation. it is one of the few remaining undeveloped areas in Polis.

Villa is available to rent all year, because it is timber frame ,it is very very warm during the winter months. During the winter in Cyprus the weather can still be between 18 - 20 degrees during the day, but gets cold in the evenings. The stone villas require a lot of heating during the winter, but ours do not.

Notes to the rental rates

  • welcome packs can be arranged - costs will be advised on request. basics ie milk, bread, tea, coffee are in the villa for your arrival.
    car hire can be arranged -
    Taxi transfer from and too airport can be arranged - the cost of a taxi from the airport varies greatly - we normally use a local taxi driver who lives in Pomos and he charges £30 Cypriot pounds( 40 during the night) from airport to the villa- but we have had quotes up to 50 per run.
    cost for use of air-conditioning is extra - we charge 250 cy pounds per week for the 3 air con units - all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
  • From Jan 08 Cyprus joins the Euro
    All monies are due by payable in Euros
    The cost for the villa weekly in Euro 854.30 euros ( £500 Cypriot Pounds per week)or Sterling £640
  • We ask for a deposit of 150 cy pounds in case of any damages - this is refundable.
    We have a safe in the villa for your travel documents & money etc.
