Latchi is situated in the North-West corner of Cyprus, nestling between the small picturesque town of Polis and the beautiful Akamas peninsula National Park. A stunning region of Cyprus, steeped in history, offering wonderful country and coastal walks and cycling. Main town of the region is Paphos, some 35kms away. Among its attractions are its ancient mosaic floors, its beautiful old harbour, and restaurants situated along the promenade. Sights include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine castle of Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paul’s Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite. The coastal route from Latchi to Paphos offers stunning panoramas of the coastline and the distant hills of the Troodos Mountains. This part of the island possesses all the elements of a perfect holiday location, including small sandy beaches that rank high on the list of some of Europe's best. Additional information about rental rates

  • Bookings usually commence and finish on Sundays although this is very flexible subject to availability.
    During the winter months of December,January and February, a £50 weekly supplement is payable for electricity to cover the cost of heating.
    Other prices are inclusive of normal usage of electricity and air conditioning. However, the owner reserves the right to charge for excessive usage.
    Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
    To allow for the villa to be prepared for clients, bookings commence from 4.00pm on the Day of Arrival and end at 10.00am on the Day of Departure.
    Payment; A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A security deposit of £100 is required for each rental,payable simultaneously with the balance of the rental fee
  • The villa is a non-smoking property.

    Clients are expected to leave the villa in clean condition upon departure.(Please see our booking conditions).The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival.

"If you want to truly relax then Villa Sara is the perfect choice. Surrounded by the breathtaking backdrop of the Troodos mountains descending into the Mediterranean Sea, Polis is the perfect spot to unwind and revel in a slower pace. The villa gave us that home away from home feeling; it is both comfortable and ideally located, only a short walk from the beach. We have two young children and appreciated not having to load the beach items in the car every time we went to the sea! A truly relaxing escape from it all, and a holiday we hope to repeat again and again."

Wonderful stay

We booked Villa Sara just for one week. This was definitly too short. Villa Sara is a perfect location. Spacious for two and enough for four. The terrace was our favourite place. Just some steps to the beach. We liked the walk (15 min) to Latsi and the restaurants there. The villa was clean und well equipped. Contact with Peter was very pleasant.

A Perfect Holiday and a Wonderful Honeymoon!

My husband and I married in Paphos on the 8th October and spent our second week's holiday/honeymoon at Villa Sara, which turned out to fabulous. The villa has everything to make you feel right at home. It was wonderful on the evenings we stayed in to sit on the terrace enjoying the beautiful weather and surroundings drinking wine. A short walk to the beach/sea with only a 15 minute walk to Latchi harbour and its many restaurants and tavernas. Beforewarned though as you'll need a torch if you go in the evening. If you walk along the beach front towards Polis you'll come across a camping site with small restaurant serving food and drinks and a perfect spot for sunbathing. Everything you need is either a short walk away or a quick ride in the car. We loved every minute of our stay in Villa Sara and hope one day to return to do it all again. Thank you Peter!!

Perfect family home

We are a family with 2 toddlers and found it easy to spend time at home and relax, walk to the beach or go to Latsi for a walk / eating etc.... We had a wonderful stay and plan to come back ! Thanks for a lovely week !

Our stay at Villa Sara in June/July 2010

Villa Sara is a clean, well-maintained villa, with good-sized accommodation and lovely gardens to the front & rear. The sunny rear terrace is a great place to dine or relax and it has nice views of the coastline. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away and was very quiet during our 2-week stay. The villa is within walking distance of Latchi and Polis and is well-situated for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The wi-fi was a life-saver for our teenage son! As the temperatures were in the mid-30s the air conditioning was most welcome.

We didn't eat out, so we can't comment about the local restaurants.

We highly recommend a trip into the Troodos Mountains and a visit to the monastery at Kykkos. A walk along the beautiful Aphrodite Trail is a must.

We had a great time and we will be returning to Villa Sara at the earliest opportunity.
