The villa and it's location must be seen to be fully appreciated. The villa has been built out of natural stone and only the finest quality materials have been used. It is the ideal choice for those seeking a high quality holiday home, peace and quiet and privacy, together with spectacular views. There is a spacious open plan living/dining area with satellite TV, DVD, wood burning fireplace and Hi-Fi. The hand-made kitchen has solid granite worktops and is fully equipped with all mod-cons. The master double bedroom has en-suite full bathroom and there are two further twin bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower room, and a further seperate shower room. All of the bedrooms have hand-made fitted wardrobes and co-ordinating furniture, and there is air-conditioning and central heating throughout. Outside, there are spacious terraces, a large private swimming pool which can be heated*, poolside shower, barbeque, upholstered wooden sunbeds, and table and chairs under a shady pergola.

The villa is built on one of the finest plots of land in the area, being set in an elevated position offering some of the most breathtaking views of the Paphos countryside, the Evretou Dam, and the sea around the Chrysochou Bay. Total privacy is assured, as well as peace and quiet. The village of Peristerona is a small traditional Cypriot village, set amidst rolling countryside and fruit orchards. The town of Polis is just 10 minutes drive and here you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and a daily market on the colourful Town Square. The fishing village of Latchi is just a further 5 minute drive, where you can take a boat trip around the unspoilt Akamas peninsular, try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Unspoilt beaches stretch along the coastline around Latchi and Polis. Paphos Town with it's excellent shopping opportunities and cosmopolitan harbour can be reached within 35 minutes.

  • Rates are fully inclusive of - Air-conditioning in the bedrooms and central heating - Welcome grocery pack - Weekly cleaning service.
  • Air-conditioning in the lounge and kitchen is available at a supplement of 8.50 euros per unit per day, payable locally. Swimming pool heating is available at a supplement of £43 per day between October - April, bookable and payable in advance.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
