A large villa offering seclusion and privacy. The ground floor comprises of a bright and spacious open plan living/dining room, a well equipped quality kitchen with granite worktops, a downstairs cloakroom and a double bedroom with a four poster bed and separate shower room. Marble stairs lead to the first floor and 3 more bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a balcony that offers the most amazing panoramic views. Further separate bathroom with a jacuzzi whirlpool bath and shower over. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning units. Outside is a 10m x 5m private swimming pool with walk in steps. There is a pergola, sunbeds and umbrellas, table and chairs, a brick built barbeque and traditional clay oven. The exceptional setting of this villa assures you peace and quiet amidst stunning scenery.

The villa is within walking distance of Peristerona a small traditional Cypriot village, with a small supermarket, taverna, coffee shop and museum. The town of Polis is just 10 minutes drive away and here you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and a daily market in the colourful Town Square. The fishing village of Latchi is just a further 5 minute drive, where you can take a boat trip around the unspoilt Akamas peninsular, try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Unspoilt beaches stretch along the coastline around Latchi and Polis. Paphos Town with it's excellent shopping opportunities and cosmopolitan harbour can be reached within 35 minutes.
