Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are fully inclusive of air-conditioning in each bedroom, central heating, welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service.
  
• Air-conditioning units in the lounge, kitchen and games room are available at a supplement of 8.50 euros per unit per day, payable locally. Swimming pool heating is available at a supplement of £38 per day between October - April, bookable and payable in advance.
  
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
  Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
