A newly built 4 bedroom, traditional stone luxury villa set in a quiet area amidst vineyards and orange groves, with beautiful views across the valley and distant hills. The spacious, fully air-conditioned open-plan living/dining area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and working fireplace. The luxury kitchen with hand-made cabinets and granite work surfaces provides all modern conveniences. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor - one double with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with an adjacent luxury bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi corner bath. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a separate dressing area and an en-suite full bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto the large, furnished upper terrace from where you can admire the panoramic view. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, en-suite shower room, and access to the upper terrace. Outside is a large 10m x 5m pool (which can be heated in the cooler months) and a games room with pool table and gym equipment.

The nearest villages of Peristerona and Skoulli are just a few minutes drive away with small village shops and a couple of traditional tavernas. Polis town with it's wide array of tavernas, restaurants, cafes and shops all radiating from the picturesque Town square can be reached within 10 minutes drive. The neighbouring fishing village of Latchi offers the opportunity to take a boat trip, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Numerous unspoilt beaches line the coastline around the Polis area. Paphos Town with it's daily market, many shops, cosmopolitan harbour, water parks etc can be reached within 40 minutes drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are fully inclusive of air-conditioning in each bedroom, central heating, welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service.
  • Air-conditioning units in the lounge, kitchen and games room are available at a supplement of 8.50 euros per unit per day, payable locally. Swimming pool heating is available at a supplement of £43 per day between October - April, bookable and payable in advance.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
