This delightful villa is one of two reached by a private driveway (spaced well apart) and they are both perfect for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing base. Each villa is well designed and extensively furnished, both internally and externally. The ground floor has a bright open plan living area and a well equipped kitchen. One of the twin bedrooms is located on this floor and there is a separate shower room. The first floor has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a separate full bathroom. There is a large upper terrace with panoramic views of the countryside and sea. Sun terraces surround the private 9m x 5m swimming pool and gardens with many different plants, fruit trees and grapevines crawl down the hillside bringing you amazingly close to nature. Gazebos cover the outdoor dining area and portable barbeques allow you to enjoy meals by the poolside whilst enjoying magnificent views of the rolling countryside, cornfields and the sparkling sea.

Located in the small village of Steni, and only 2 minutes from the centre where you will find the mini market and coffee shops. The town of Polis is just 5 minutes drive and here you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and a daily market on the colourful Town Square. The fishing village of Latchi is just a further 5 minute drive, where you can take a boat trip around the unspoilt Akamas peninsular, try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Unspoilt beaches stretch along the coastline around Latchi and Polis. Paphos Town with it's excellent shopping opportunities and cosmopolitan harbour can be reached within 40 minutes.

  • Prices include welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service. Air conditioning is optional and payable locally, 4.50 euros per unit per day.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
