Photos and Description of this Sea Caves holiday villa 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 10 people

Each villa is set in its own grounds and has an individual exterior appearance. Each villa has a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, Satellite TV (limited channels) & CD player. The kitchens are equipped with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Each villa has 5 bedrooms (one double and four twins) and either 4 or 5 bath/shower rooms. Each of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning units*. A hairdryer is supplied in each bedroom and a baby cot & highchair can be provided on request. Each villa has it's own swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower and a brick BBQ area with portable BBQ. As one of the older more established villa complexes the constantly tended grounds have had time to mature. PLEASE NOTE: The following photos are representative of the various villas on the complex. The villas are situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory and for nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. There is one taverna (summer opening only) within walking distance of the complex. Approximately 2 kms away the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. The resort of Coral Bay with its Blue Flag beach and wide selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, mini golf and go karting is only a 5 minute drive away. Both the Pafos Bird and Animal Park with it's daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities, are within a 5 minute drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Air conditioning is optional and payable locally at 6 euros per unit per day. Some villas with sauna facility available at a supplement of 35 euros per day, please check availability at time of booking.
  • Rental rates include: Welcome grocery pack and a twice weekly cleaning service (including linen & towel change).
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
