THE VILLA:: Villa Neos is a joy to experience. The interior decoration harmonises with the relaxing Greek Island style architecture. You are provided with a well appointed kitchen & separate laundry facility. Each bedroom (with its own bath/shower room) has its own terrace to enjoy the garden, countryside & sea views (800m away). Colourful & fragrant gardens surround the villa & pool area as do generous patio / terrace areas which provide the ideal spot to laze around your private swimming pool (5m x 10m) which has a sitting/step area, with jacuzzi type jets. Pools are cleaned every day. Villa internal area 150 sq m, land area 1000 sq m. The owners are available whenever you need assistance.

THE AREA:: The villa is set in a still semi – rural area so you have plenty of space to enjoy your villa & surroundings. Nearby there are banana & citrus plantations leading to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is close by to natural beauty spots such as the Sea Caves, St. George Marina & the Akamas National park & the blue flag beach of Coral bay (4km away). For livelier pursuits, restaurant, bars shops etc. Coral Bay & Peyia Villa centers are also (4km) away. Local taverns are also within walking distance of the villa.

A great place to have your holiday !!!

The villa was all that we could ask for.
It was exactly as described and fit our needs (2 adults and 4 kids aged 2-12) exactly. Everything was clean and tidy; the privet swimming pool was clean and was cleaned on daily basis. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed things, the view and the surroundings are marvels.
The owners supplied us with a welcome food pack which is a great idea as you arrive in the evening and do not want to go shopping for food right away and were full of advises where to go and what to do in the area and how to get to places we wanted to see. They were kind and let us stay longer than regular check out time due to flight issues.
One thing is that you will need a car if you intend to stay there – to go to the beach or to a restaurant (a few minutes’ drive to each of them) because the villa is located in a quiet place off from all the tourist places – which is exactly what we looked for. From our experience the car was not used most of the days as nobody wanted to go anywhere except for buying fresh meat for the barbeque (which is available also by the swimming pool).
I would certainly recommend this place for any of my friend and family and would certainly plan to return there if not next year then the year after that.
