An exclusive detached residence, offering stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom accommodation with private swimming pool, views to the sea and located between the prestigious Sea Caves & St Georges areas. This modern property is fantastic for family holidays with all the accommodation arranged on one floor being eminently suitable for elderly or disabled. There is a bright spacious living area with 3 patio doors to the private swimming pool terrace – this all creates a superb social space. The kitchen is modern & well equipped. The bedrooms consist of a large Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 further spacious bedrooms with twin beds and a large shower room. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. There is tremendous privacy to the swimming pool area, very important as most of the time is spent relaxing around the pool, eating outside, children playing in the pool – it also has a lovely sunny aspect. There is a barbeque area enjoying breathtaking views down to the sea.

Situated between the prestigious Sea Caves and beautiful St Georges areas, in an elevated position with superb views to the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. You are only a short drive from the bustling village of Peyia, well stocked with taverns, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc. Coral Bay is a few minutes by car, with its safe sandy beach, water sports and selection of restaurants, cafes and shops amongst other amenities. Right on your doorstep is the Akamas Peninsula, totally unspoilt, beautiful scenery, somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet. The villa is approximately 15 minutes from Paphos, with the ‘Old Town’ and the harbour. Here you have an abundance of shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, banks, supermarkets etc. Every visitor to this region should explore the ‘Tomb of the Kings’ archaeological site and the mosaics.

Hi my name is Karen and we went to cyprus to get married and we are so happy we picked this villa as it was such a relaxing and quiet place to stay. It is a fair distance away from Larnaca airport so if you are planning to stay here I would advise you to fly into Paphos airport as it is only about 50 mins away. The directions we got were very detailed once we got into Paphos and we found the villa easy enough we were very impressed at the size of it as some photos are misleading but what you see is what you get. The property was clean and tidy when we arrived and the linen and towels were changed once a week during our three week stay the only complaint I have is we did not know how or where to discard our rubbish so I think a notice should be put in the villa over the bins to let people know. While we were there we had a lot of people over and the barbeque area and dining area came in very handy and all our guests at our wedding came to see the villa and were also very impressed. We hired a car for our holiday which you would probably need as coral bay is a bit of a walk from the villa and with the heat over there it would be exhausting but once you get to Coral Bay you have everything from restaurants to bars to souvenir shops. We ate in many places The Elephant and Palm Grove was our favourite and the Maa souvenir shop caters for all your cyprus gifts you would like to bring home with you. If you just want a drink blazing saddles is the place to go to watch a match and just chill with a cocktail. If you want to go a little further you have Paphos harbour where there again are plenty of nice places to eat and drink, here I would recommend the Pelican beautiful fresh fish to eat and views of all the ships on the harbour. Here you can also book a day cruise of night cruise which are great fun. We went on the wave dancer for the fireworks night and the food entertainment and fireworks display was spectacular. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Trevor for being so accomodating. We had a dream holiday at this villa and a fantastic wedding and we will be booking it again in the future.
