Notes to the rental rates

  • A deposit cheque of 50% of the rate will be requested to secure the booking and the final cheque for the balance is to be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the holiday period.
  • A damages deposit cheque for the weekly rate will be held ( Non Banked) against damage to the property should it occur, and this is to be sent with the final payment. This will be returned/destroyed after the Client leaves the property and any damages are assessed by the Management Company. If damages are not replaced by the Client during their stay, this cheque will be cashed, the replacement costs deducted and the remainder returned to the Client by cheque.
  • Supplement Costs.
    The Management Company will provide a welcome basket of basic groceries on arrival. This usually consists of bread, milk, bacon,eggs, butter, tea, coffee, water. A CHARGE OF £15.00 is supplement to the rental rate. We will provide a complementary bottle of wine.
    Air - conditioning costs : this is a supplement to the rent and is charged at £4.00 per A/C Unit per bedroom per night extra.

  • Villa Marona has two spacious, beautiful bedrooms, both with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Stunning panoramic views throughout both with shower room etc ensuite. The bedrooms are located in two seperate, discreet areas; one upstairs and one close to the swimming pool. The upstairs room has a huge Superking Bed designed and built by us in welded box steel. The other is an elegant Queen size bedroom. Both have mosquito netting and ensuite facilities, wardrobe space and original fine art.

This relaxing, spacious villa has fully equipped facilities, elegant furnishings in neutral tones and stunning panoramic views. A Property Management Company is on hand to support guests and to provide regular changing of towels and cleaning of the house and pool. Villa Marona guests should be aware that Villa Marona may be unsuitable for children under twelve years old due to the stunning valley edge location and consequent safety. Note also that the pool is not fenced off. The Villa has no terrestrial TV/satellite , but a library of DVD/Videos are available for movie watching.

Villa Marona

' Marona' is simply the location for the guest who requires privacy, seclusion and space! We are on the edge of a tiny village and are non estate so totally private. The terrace and pool are bathed in sun all day and face due south with the pool getting sun shine all day into the evening. There is an excellent restaurant at the top of Nata Village , one bar/restaurant in the village centre and one just outside the village towards Anarita - across the valley( a small walk over the river) but this village provides a rural escape from the maddening hotels and tourists of Paphos. There is a small grocery shop in the village, and a simple post office. Larger grocery shopping is 5mins by car in Anarita, the closest beach is 10 mins away by car as are the supermarkets( Carrefour and Papantonia) and tourist district in the heart of Paphos. The stunning Almyra and Anassa are favourite places to dine and are easy to get to.

This Villa is ideally located for the mountains and hills as well as the stunning Akamas Peninsular, Aphrodites Rock and the World Heritage Site of the Tomb of the Kings. A comprehensive Handbook to the property and information on the neighbouring district will be sent to you.

Villa Marona is also located close to the golf courses of Aphrodite Hills and would make a suitable base away from the resorts.Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Laitchi are all very close.

Villa Marona is the perfect place to unwind and relax in.
It is a very beautiful house and we felt very much at home there. The description of the villa hardly does it justice, we were frankly astonished by the high standard of every aspect of the house. The exquisite decor, well equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable bed and sofas all contributed to a delightful respite from our work and the information pack we received before our stay was crammed with useful information.We also loved the fantastic artwork that adorns the house.
We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a luxurious base from which to explore Cyprus.
