This delightful two bedroom bungalow is approached via a private sweeping driveway. The villa is surrounded by mature gardens featuring tall green bushes, orange trees, and a vibrant and colourful flower garden, ensuring this villa enjoys a good degree of privacy. There is an open plan living/dining area and separate kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished with settees and a coffee table and features a working fireplace, TV with SKY satellite system, DVD and CD Player. The dining area has a table that seats 6 and patio doors to the rear. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools for informal dining. The master double bedroom and the twin bedroom share the full modern family bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units* and shutters and fly screens are fitted throughout. Outside is the 8m x 5m private swimming pool (5ft depth throughout) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs.

The villa is situated in a pretty village called Stephanie, at the foothills of Tala village, which is a highly desirable residential area. Tala has a delightful village square where you can enjoy a relaxing evening in any one of a selection of cosy tavernas and bars. The well known sandy beach at Coral Bay is less than 15 minutes by car, and Paphos Town centre with it's excellent shopping opportunities is less than 10 minutes drive. The famous Ayios Neophytos monastery is just 5 minutes away, and some 10 kilometres beyond this is Tsada Golf Course.
