Yazade has been described by clients as an oasis. Yazade is situated in the turkish quarter of Kyrenia, tucked away amongst the old properties and meandering streets. Everything is in close proximity, the local baker is just around the corner, so freshly baked bread is available every morning for breakfast and there are supermarkets close by too.

Kyrenia picturesque harbour, local tourist sites and the main shopping area is just 5 minutes walk from the house.

Yazade's location is unbeatable being within walking distance to all the local amenities.

Separate lounge/kitchen with all the mod cons. There is an outdoor private terrace overlooking pool delightful for al fresco dining. Air conditioned and centrally heated throughout. A welcome pack is included. A huge bonus to make your holiday as comfortable as possible you have maid service 6 days a week.

    • There is air con throughout the apartment, but if you could use sparingly that would be great e.g. don't leave on in rooms that are unoccupied (bedrooms will cool down pretty quickly when it's turned on). Also it's really important that when the air con is on in any of the rooms and especially in the main living room, that all outside doors and windows are closed. The air con units are quite delicate/expensive and will overheat if they are on when doors/windows are open, since all that happens is that they end up continuously pumping warm air out of the villa. There is an allowance for electricity usage which should be adequate for normal usage of the apartment and its air con units, but there will be a charge for excessive usage above this. The allowance is 350 units per week.

We have enjoyed our stay so much at Yazade House in Cyprus,the house is a real oasis, so beautiful we never wanted to leave and found the surroundings totally relaxing,the accommodation is excellent and everything we had hoped it would be, and we intend returning every year. We are so grateful for the hospitality shown to us by the owners of Yazade who did everything to make our holiday perfect.

Kyrenia's secret garden!

What a beautiful and relaxing haven you have cleverly created hidden right in the centre of the lovely Turkish Quarter. Visually stunning and perfectly situated to enjoy all that Kyrenia has to offer on foot. Breakfast sitting outside our dear little summer house every morning was an absolute delight. Thank you, we will always remember our lovely holiday at Yazade!
