Three new detached Villas between Paralimni and Protaras, one minute walk away from a lovely beach and taverna. They have their own private swimming pools, air conditioning and central heating for all year comfort. Protaras is a very short taxi ride away, while just at the top of the hill is a large range of restaurants and bars. The villa themselves are in a quiet location with two of them backing onto some fields. There is a terrace and sunbathing area, a perfect location for a relaxing barbecue and a dip in the pool or the sea. All three villas are available to rent and for large family holidays or wedding parties. The villas all have satellite TV and PS2, which also acts as the DVD player. There is a tall fridge freezer and washing machine, and modern oven and hobs for every convenience. The master bedroom as an en suite shower room and there is a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. I also have two S Board windsurfers - you may use them FOC but please look after the kit.

Three luxury three bed villas are on the same site next and opposite each other. They all have heated pool and central heating for the winter months. The villas are just a stones throw from the beach and wonderful Tavernas. A short stroll and you have the option of other beaches and restaurants. The villas have TVs and a PS2 so that you can play DVD's or games.The villa are situated in the East of Cyprus and is the destination for the holiday makers from Nicosia the islands capital. The area is vibrant with lots to see and do a perfect destination for a relaxing break.

The East Coast of Cyprus famous for its sandy beaches and crystal clear blue sea. Presidential villa is between Paralimni and Protaras and is less than 100m from a sandy beach. The famous fig tree bay is just a very short drive away, whilst Serena bay is just a few minutes walk. The villa is a short stroll away from the bars and restaurants whilst it is private and peaceful. And for the adventurous the night life and restaurants of Ayia Nappa are a 15 minute taxi ride away. Do visit the Cape Greko country park. Nicosia is well worth a visit. There is plenty to do in this lovely part of Cyprus. We recommend a car because it is worth visiting the sites and there is much more to do than just a beach holiday or though watersports are on tap and relaxing on the beach with a long cool drink is most enjoyable.

  • Please pay a 20% reservation with the booking and final payment 6 weeks prior to departure. You can make the payment to the UK or to a Cyprus STG account.
  • Self catering - not that I have ever cooked while in Cyprus, too much good food to be had. Mind you with the credit crunch and all I will be heading towards Paralimni where there is a superstore which is very cheap and carries a great range of products. Yes, I think I may be having a few nights around the BBQ. The Frozen fish, squid and Octopus is all very cheap, as is the wine and beer. Aphrodite white wine 3.65 Euro and it is not bad at all, most tasty.
  • There is very good windsurfing at Macronosis bay. Stay outside the swimming bouys, it is ok to launch through them but with regular force 5s you will be speeding along and the life guard will want you to avoid all water users. The good thing with this beach is that the beach does not directly get the wind so the family can relax and the windsurfing part of the family and get a good sail. Kit - 1 Fanatic 2.65m and 1 Pollackow 2.65 1 NR 5.4m 1 4.4 Manic and 1 6.0m Tushingham 2 booms and carbon masts - 2 mast feet and extensions - just bring your harness and boots. If you damage anything please get it repaired at Limasol - about 3/4 drive or let me know and we can arrange something. The wind is cross shore but the beach is protected by a small head land. There are restaurants and toilets at the beach.
