Three new detached Villas between Paralimni and Protaras, one minute walk away from a lovely beach and taverna. They have their own private swimming pools, air conditioning and central heating for all year comfort. Protaras is a very short taxi ride away, while just at the top of the hill is a large range of restaurants and bars. The villa themselves are in a quiet location with two of them backing onto some fields. There is a terrace and sunbathing area, a perfect location for a relaxing barbecue and a dip in the pool or the sea. All three villas are available to rent and for large family holidays or wedding parties. The villas all have satellite TV and PS2, which also acts as the DVD player. There is a tall fridge freezer and washing machine, and modern oven and hobs for every convenience. The master bedroom as an en suite shower room and there is a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. I also have two S Board windsurfers - you may use them FOC but please look after the kit.

One of three identical villas all with private pools, sun terrace, 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite, central heating and full air conditioning. These detached villas can be rented individually or together, they are ideal as they are all next to each other yet completely detached, identical and separate. The beach is a very short stroll away. The tavernas, bars and restaurants are just up the road, leaving the villas to a very peaceful area between Protaras and Paralimni. Each villa has satellite TV and ps2 ready to play games or watch DVDs if you so wish. The Villas are all new and ready from the 1st February 2006. The central heating makes the winter booking that bit more comfortable in the cooler evenings.

Nearest Beach: beach at 100.0 Metres

The East Coast of Cyprus famous for its sandy beaches and crystal clear blue sea. Presidential villa is between Paralimni and Protaras and is less than 100m from a sandy beach. The famous fig tree bay is just a very short drive away, whilst Serena bay is just a few minutes walk. The villa is a short stroll away from the bars and restaurants whilst it is private and peaceful. And for the adventurous the night life and restaurants of Ayia Nappa are a 15 minute taxi ride away. Do visit the Cape Greko country park. Nicosia is well worth a visit. There is plenty to do in this lovely part of Cyprus. We recommend a car because it is worth visiting the sites and there is much more to do than just a beach holiday or though watersports are on tap and relaxing on the beach with a long cool drink is most enjoyable.
