Situated on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment block there is ground floor parking, a roof-top swimming pool & lift to all floors except pool deck. Large airy lounge with TV, Satellite, DVD, CD Player/Radio, halogen heater; kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine & fridge.The balcony has patio table/chairs 2 Sun Loungers. bedrooms with air-conditioning (cold & hot), safes, fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bath (shower over), wash basin, WC; towels, bed-linen, gas and electric are included in prices. Swimming pool on roof with changing rooms, showers, toilets.

  • The above rates include Gas/Electricity/Water/Air-conditioning and Laundry. A 20% Deposit is required with your booking the balance will be due 6 Weeks before arrival.
    A refundable Bond of £150 is required 6 weeks before arrival to cover any damage caused, this will be returned within 14 days of your departure less any amount for damages caused.
    Where bookings overlap different charging periods by 3 or more nights the higher rate will apply.

  • Cancellations: Should the Renter have need to cancel the booking refunds will only be given if the property can be re-let at the same rental price to another party, in which case a deduction of 10% administration cost would apply.

AIRPORT PICK-UP / DROP-OFF If you would like to be collected/returned to Larnaca Airport this can be arranged at a charge of 15 euros each way between 8am and 11pm or 20 euros between 11pm and 8am. This is for a maximum of 4 Adults.
