One of the few apartments on this web-site conveniently situated close to both the town center and the seafront this property comprises, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower & W.C., lounge, kitchen and large balcony. Situated on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment block there is ground floor parking, a roof-top swimming pool & lift to all floors except pool deck. Large airy lounge with TV, Satellite, DVD, CD Player/Radio, halogen heater; kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine & fridge.The balcony has patio table/chairs 2 Sun Loungers. bedrooms with air-conditioning (cold & hot), safes, fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bath (shower over), wash basin, WC; towels, bed-linen, gas and electric are included in prices. Swimming pool on roof with changing rooms, showers, toilets.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above rates include Gas/Electricity/Water/Air-conditioning and Laundry. A 20% Deposit is required with your booking the balance will be due 6 Weeks before arrival.
    A refundable Bond of £150 is required 6 weeks before arrival to cover any damage caused, this will be returned within 14 days of your departure less any amount for damages caused.
    Where bookings overlap different charging periods by 3 or more nights the higher rate will apply.

    DISCOUNTS FOR NOVEMBER/DECEMBER & JANUARY/MARCH FOR 2 PERSONS ONLY BOOKING 20 OR MORE DAYS. (Details on request)
  • Cancellations: Should the Renter have need to cancel the booking refunds will only be given if the property can be re-let at the same rental price to another party, in which case a deduction of 10% administration cost would apply.

The car is a Toyota Rav 4 3 Door and is suitable for up to 4 Adults. Clients must be over 25 Years old and hold a full UK Dring License. Minimum rental of 4 consecutive days at daily rate of 25 Euros, Comprehensive Insurance Cover included, Any Driver (350 Euro damage excess). AIRPORT PICK-UP / DROP-OFF If you would like to be collected/returned to Larnaca Airport this can be arranged at a charge of 15 euros each way between 8am and 11pm or 20 euros between 11pm and 8am. This is for a maximum of 4 Adults.

the apartment is exaclty as described few mins walk to the beach and local ameneties,the apartment is highly maintained spotlessley clean,pick up service from airport was perfect steve and sue were
waiting to me us and made us feel relaxed and welcome instantly,we would highly recommend the apartment to friends and relatives ,hire car is a bargain,local restaurant are very good, there is a restaurant for every ones taste,beach is exceptionally clean as is the sea,local people very friendly this is a very child friendly location but also ideal for couples.
