Great Location

The Apartment is as seen on the photos. View is nicely over the ship anchorage and a couple of the wharves, the customs house is the only thing stopping a full 180deg sea view but that only provides a discussion topic over a glass of wine whilst sitting in the Jacuzzi :-). Location is a gentle 10 min walk to Larnaca town centre. Cheap internet cafe, Carrefour and small stores just around the corner. In summary: fantastic apartment with all you need included, close enough to town to be accessible yet far enough away to be clear of the night noise making it a nice romantic destination. We'd go again.

The Perfect Apartment

We had a fabulous holiday and although we have been to Cyprus many, many times, we can honestly say that this time it was made better than any other trip and that was solely because of your wonderful apartment! It was absolutely perfect!

The first day there, a cruise ship arrived which was a magnificient sight and we loved everything about the apartment. It is centrally located for a lovely stroll into Larnaca seafront and we loved the peace and quiet of being able to shut the door and relax totally on the balcony and in the fabulous hot tub! We made really good use of it with a nice dip first thing in the morning as the sun came up and then again in the late evening to relax and unwind. It was heavenly paradise for us.

This is the first time in Cyprus that each evening we have been eager to get back to the balcony and into the hot tub. We both felt we could have spent the whole holiday in your fabulous apartment, relaxing and enjoing it!

Everything about the apartment was as described and the communication with the owner was perfect.

A great place to stay

This apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it really does have the sea view its name suggests. The quality of the furnishing and equipment is very high, and the 'welcome pack' of tea and coffee etc. was a nice touch,

There is a good sized balcony which gets the mornning sunshine, and the jacuzzi is great for relaxing in!

The location is good being near both the centre of Larnaka and (in the opposite direction) the Dekeleia Road tourist strip. There are several shops, tavernas, and an internet cafe nearby as well as the Carrefour hypermarket.

Sea View Court is in a quiet residential are, but near major roads. Nicosia and Famagusta are only an hour away by hire car or shared taxi.

I far too relaxed to write a full review

So I will make this short.
This apartment is located 15 minutes from the main beach front, so every morning we slowly wondered down chilled and relaxed, no rushing with hardly any cars rushing by (via the backstreet) even my 60 yr+ mother in law loved the walk. And most nights (after being out) we sat on the balcony watching the ships, trying to work out what the men were doing on the docks. Even with them so close there was hardly any noise and when you close the doors it was sooo quiet. During the entire stay my 7 month old slept through without any disturbance. The apartment was clean and is in a very good condition. On the main street there a several shops and about 10 minute walk away there is a large supermarket so you can stock up on all the essentials for your stay. Overall all I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind being just outside the town centre. We will be looking to stay here next time we visit Cyprus.
