The blue flag Cyprus Tourist Office operated beach being minutes away. The night life of Ayia Napa is a brief 20 minute drive away, or in contrast the beauty of the Troodos mountains just an hours drive.

  • Rates for stays of 10 days or more will be subject to discount, depending on availabilty
  • All bookings are subject to breakage deposit of £100. This is refunded on completion of your stay, provided it is incident free.
    On arrival at the apartment, you will be greeted by our representative, who will guide you through the operation of all equipment within the apartment. they will also confirm with you the list of essentials within the apartment, this will then be checked with you again on your departure. Breakage deposit will be refunded to you on your return home, with any losses deducted.
  • Advance Bookings will be subject to a £50 deposit; this will secure the property for the dates of your reservation. Full payment will be requested 8 weeks before departure date. Should the reservation be canceled before full payment is made then the £50 will be lost. Should cancellation take place after full payment, then only a maximum of 50% of the full payment will be returned.

Notes: Pyla Palms is a luxury resort completed 18 months ago, located 15 minutes drive to the East of Larnaca centre, and 3 minutes drive from the local 'Blue Flag' beach. This Penthouse apartment has a very large and pleasant terrace (170m2), which overlooks Pyla Village the hills and countryside surrounding the resort. The resort being a gated community offering peace and tranquility as and when you need it. Communal facilities include a beautifully designed swimming pool, with waterfall feature, lovely landscaped gardens, shower and change facilities, and plenty of sun loungers. The living area of the apartment is of very good and practical size, simply but luxuriously furnished. The kitchen area likewise is a good size, and has all the necessary equipment of a modern Kitchen. laundry and drying facilities included also. Pyla Village, Larnaca, Cyprus: Pyla Palms resort is located on the edge of Pyla, a very pleasant village on the outskirts of Larnaca. It is the only place in Cyprus where both Greek and Turkish Cypriots have lived together since the invasion of 1974, and is minutes away from the now open border crossing to the North of the Island. The location of the complex could not be better, as mentioned the crossing to the North is minutes away and is the gateway to the beauty of the island which has been virtually untouched for years. From Pyla you are only minutes from the Blue Flag beach, with it's lovely lunch time restaurant, with the sea front road littered with a wonderful selection of restaurants, shops and recreational activities. Travel a further 5 minutes and you are at the Larnaca Marina, which is a wonderful place to 'Chill Out', people watch, and enjoy a local beer or two. Here too are plenty of restaurants, with a huge selection of cuisines.

Resort: The resort of Pyla Palms is a gated community, which offers you the perfect base from where to start your holiday. If it's a peaceful lazy holiday in the sun that you require then it is perfection. Secure in you own community of like minded people, with a beautiful pool to laze around while you read that book, pefect for children who just love the water. If it's action you need then all the recreation you can imagine, can be found minutes away on the sea front road. From parachuting to diving, jet ski's to sea fishing. There is so much to do!
