Spacious apartment on a small complex in Kapparis with pool and sea view. It is furnished to a high standard and includes all your home comforts such as television (with satellite Tv), CD player, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, oven/ hob. and water cooler! The apartment is located in a quiet area between Kapparis and Paralimni giving you a choice of which way to go for food and shops. The local bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk and the nearest beach (a lovely little cove) is about 2 minutes by car. There are more bars, restaurants and beaches in Pernera and Protaras which is 5 minutes by car. There is a communal pool and children's pool for residents.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres

Our apartment is ideally located between Kapparis and Paralimni. Kapparis is quiet with a few shops and tavernas (with excellent menus including traditonal Mezes). Paralimni offers a combination of traditional tavernas, and modern shops (designer and traditional) and cafes, around the pretty Town Square. The busier resort of Protaras is a 5 minute drive away and the more lively resort of Ayia Napa is around 15 minutes away. Just down the road from the apartment is one of the view points where you can see the ghost town of Famagusta. The locals are really friendly and will tell you fascinating stories about the property and land they owned before the invasion.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown are for full weeks only, but we can acommodate any number of days to fit in with flights. The cost will be calculated by dividing the weekly rate into days and multiplying by the number of days required. Holidays that straddle rate changes will be calculated as above but taking the rate change into consideration. Cleaning and air conditioning are included, but we ask that you use the air conditioning in accordance with the welcome file in the apartment otherwise it is inefficient and costly to run. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and a refundable deposit to cover damages and breakages of £100 will be required.

Notes: We provide all linen and towels but we ask our guests to bring their own towels for beach use. Apartment is ideal for two couples or families sharing due to the two bathrooms (one has a bath and shower, the other has a shower only). If you don't want to hire a car, we will be happy to arrange your transfer from the airport to the apartment. Charges are approximately CY£20 each way for a party of four. Changeover days can be flexible. Apartment should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, but can be flexible if there isn't a new party going in on the same day. We have a local manager who can deal with any problems. We can also point you in the right direction for the best prices for flights to the island.
