For those in a tight budget but still want to live comfotably and relax on a great sunny patio. All are Ideally located in a prime area where other beautiful coves and beaches with water sports facilities are within minutes walk from the apts. Nearest supermarket across the street. All apartments are located within the environs of Protaras, just 10 minutes from the main resort centre and 15 minutes from Ayia Napa, Kouzalis is near Ayia Triada, Zenia 5 min away is in Kapparis, both are a quiete family oriented resorts. You will find the best beaches on the island here as well as all sorts of family holiday activities (water sports). Unlike larger resorts Kapparis remains open all year and offers all the amenities that you are likely to need. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, a good supermarket is across the street. All apartments are wthin 3 -5 min. walk from a beautifull sheltered beach cove with lovely clear water ( 5 around the area). Drive 5 minutes to reach the traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni with it's lovely historic centre and shopping opportunities. Kapparis lies 15 minutes from the border making trips across the Northern Cyprus a possibility during your stay. Worth a visit alone for the experience of the scenic Kyrenia district.

Me and my fiance spent 10 days at this property and the biggest problem was we didnt booked it for longer! The owners were there on time and very welcoming, giving us good advice of the area and what the property had to offer.
The apartment was very clean and contained all the necessary home comforts including cooking facilities.
The location of the apartment is ideal as it is 5 minutes away from the beach and swimming pool. Close to a local supermarket and restaurants are no more then a ten minute walk away.
The property would be larger enough for a small family as there was plenty of room available.

This apartment is ideal for couples, permitted Kouzalis hotel facilities are exclusive for Adults, there is also Crystal Spring hotel next to the beach cove that accepts children, there you can pay for your chairs and umbrela.
