Zenia apartments are 300 yards to the nicest beach cove of the island. One bedroom apartment light and airy with a large terrace (5m x 3 m) from which you can enjoy the sun and dining al fresco on a patio table with 5 chairs. The fully equipped living room / kitchen with AC, includes oven/ 4 ring-stove, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. The lounge/ dining room has 1 armchair a sofa and 1 comfortable sofa/bed, a dinning table and four chairs. Entertainment comprises of 14 inch TV / Satellite with many European channels, and a DVD/ CD player. Zenia 375 yards of the most beautiful small cove of the island with sunbeds and umbrellas in the much sought-after area of Kapparis - Ayia Triada - Pernera, between Protaras and Paralimni. A selection of restaurants and a supermarket can be found nearby. Bus stop at 800 Mt. for Zenia covering all towns, Protaras is the main tourist area and extends along this spectacular coastline, taking in the famous Fig Tree Bay and numerous other beaches all with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. Nearby is the town of Paralimni which hosts two large comprehensive supermarkets, a combination of traditional tavernas and cafes. Nightlife is well catered for in both Protaras and Ayia Napa.   • - Prices quoted are for 2 persons, extra person charge is GBP 4.5 per day

    - Final cleaning and linen cleaning is not included in the price, the charge is GBP 35.00 for 2 persons unless you clean yourself upon our directions in this case you pay only for GBP 10 for the linen cleaning ( extra person linen cleaning GBP 5)

    - We include in the cost of the holiday, a generous allowance for AC. The meter is read at the start & end of each holiday, we have only rarely charged an excess, we find that this is enough to give comfortable sleeping & relaxation, but stops guests leaving windows open with the AC running.

    - Local telephone available upon request.
  • Terms for payment: half at the reservation and the rest + guarantee deposit, 8 weeks prior arrival date (we will send you the reimbursement schedule before booking).
    Guarantee deposit for 2 persons GBP 100 ( 15 more per extra person), refundable within 15 days after departure.
  • Minimum rental amount GBP 150.
    Up to 25% discount for long term rates from 4 weeks to more than two months - Please inquire, we can also price you if you pay the electric yourself.
    10% discount if the holiday start date is less than 28 days away.
    Rent it for more than 2 months during the winter and pay less.

    - Pets are totally forbidden, contract will be cancelled on the spot if any, with consequent loss of all moneys paid.
    - Kouzalis Hotel facilities open from May 1 to October 31.
    - 2 mountain Bicycles are available for rent at GBP 1.00 each per day.
    - Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
    - Changeover days can be flexible.
