Zenia apartments are 300 yards to the nicest beach cove of the island. This is a two bedroom apartment with south exposure and away from street noise sun most of the day at the pretty balcony with patio table and four chairs. Enjoy a computer with free unlimited wireless Internet access. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven/ 4 ring stove, air extractor, washer/ dryer and dish washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The lounge/ dining room has 2 armchairs and 1 comfortable sofa , an eat-in counter for 6. Entertainment comprises of 20 inch TV with satellite including all European channels, DVD and a portable radio/tape/CD player. Each bedroom with two single beds, two night stands and a dresser, also ample closets. All rooms have air conditioning in summer and heating in winter included in the price within reasonable consumption.

  • - Prices quoted are for 2 persons, extra person charge is GBP 4.5 per day

    - Final cleaning and linen cleaning is not included in the price, the charge is GBP 35.00 for 2 persons unless you clean yourself upon our directions in this case you pay only for GBP 10 for the linen cleaning ( extra person linen cleaning GBP 5).

    - We include in the cost of the holiday, a generous allowance for AC. The meter is read at the start & end of each holiday, we have only rarely charged an excess, we find that this is enough to give comfortable sleeping & relaxation, but stops guests leaving windows open with the AC running.

    - Local telephone available upon request.
  • Terms for payment: half at the reservation and the rest + guarantee deposit, 8 weeks prior arrival date (we will send you the reimbursement schedule before booking).
    Guarantee deposit for 2 persons GBP 100.( 15 more per extra person), refundable within 15 days after departure.
  • Minimum rental amount GBP 150.
    Up to 25% discount for long term rates from 4 weeks to more than two months - Please inquire, we can also price you if you pay the electric yourself.
    10% discount if the holiday start date is less than 28 days away.
    Rent it for more than 2 months during the winter and pay less.

    - Pets are totally forbidden, contract will be cancelled on the spot if any, with consequent loss of all moneys paid.
    - Kouzalis Hotel facilities open from May 1 to October 31.
    - 2 mountain Bicycles are available for rent at GBP 1.00 each per day.
    - Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
    - Changeover days can be flexible.

2 wonderful weeks in Cyprus, Zenia 101

Four of us (two young couples) stayed at Zenia 101 apt for 2 weeks in September 2008. I think it's a perfect place for those who wish to stay flexible in terms of ways to spend their time and money during a vacation.

The place is within a 50-minute drive from Larnaca Airport, which makes travel fast and easy. Location is really good since the area itself is very quiet, and you can sleep as long as you want, but if you want some fun - you can easily get to Ayia Napa or the WaterPark.

The sea is only a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment and you can choose to either enjoy a municipal beach with sunbeds and umbrellas or walk 200 m to a nearby cove without facilities but with much fewer people on the beach.

A supermarket and a bakery are literally within a 100-m distance from the apartment, and the best restaurant in the area - Faliros, which we highly recommend to everyone - is right next door! There are also many other places to eat out, if you don't want to cook.

The apartment itself is very cosy and very-well maintained and clean. It is also equipped with everything from a toaster to dishwasher and dryer, and all rooms have air conditioning.

Bernard has been very helpful and easy to deal with all the way from our email enquiry via this website to the last day of our stay. Everything was just as he promised. He also provided us with lots of useful information by email and there were many printed guides and maps in the apartment, so we could easily find places we wanted to go to (car rental was not a problem).

We are very glad that we found this place and would definitely recommend it to our friends. We would also like to thank Bernard for our very good stay at Zenia 101!
Owner's Response: Since we use the apartment ourselves when not rented, we make sure all is OK for the next guest, clean with all appliances in good working conditions.

The prettiest beach cove just 5 min walk

We loved to go almost every day to this pretty beach cove just 350 yards from the apartment, we could relax and our 4 year old son was in a safe environment.
Many great restaurants around, Faliros " the best" just next door, supermarket accross the street, very convenient, also the owners are very helpfull and make sure it is spotless and appliances work fine. They provided us with a child bed.
My husband was very happy not to have to look for an Internet cafe, he would use the wireless free internet pretty often for his job.
There is no swimming pool, but we would go to Karas restaurant (100 yards) and they allow you to stay there under the shade while you sip a cold drink ( "cost you less than renting chairs at the beach" )
We rented 2 bikes from the owner with even a child seat.
Definitely will come back, they are booked very fast ( because their price is great). Will recommend for young couples with child.
Owner's Response: Yes, it is hard to find a 2 bedroom apartment so close to the beach, with free wireless internet at such a great price.

Bernard & Mary were recomended to me by my Sister who stayed in another one of their apartments. From the moment I contacted Bernard, I found him very helpful. I stayed in Zenia 101 in September 07 and I absolutely loved this apartment. In total there were 3 of us who stayed and we all agree that it was situated in an ideal location. A lovely coved beach a couple of minutes walk away and a delicious restaurant next door - (In fact, we met a family who had travelled from at least 2 hours away to eat there - food was fab!). We found a friendly local bar a couple of minutes walk away called the Pig & Whistle that cooked a great breakfast and who also helped us find a cheap car to hire. Zenia 101 had internet access, which we found useful and we a TV for the evenings when we were staying in and being lazy! The apartment was very secure and overall a wonderful place to stay!
Owner's Response: Yes, this area has all you need also in the winter, while Protaras and Ayia Napa are closed. Many English retired people leave around most of the year. Satellite TV with English channels were added since then.

A comfortable apartment in a good location.

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months at the beginning of 2008. The location was easy to find (and the directions provided were excellent) right next to Faliros Restaurant in Kapparis (a VERY good restaurant). The owners, Bernard and Mary, could not have been more accomodating or more helpful. They gave me tons of information and recommendations on places to see, shop, and restaurants. The apartment was quite comfy for my 3 month stay and I felt quite a home. The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. There is a supermarket right across the street and a bakery on the next block. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely come back and stay here in the future and recommend this property to friends.
Owner's Response: Roseanne was also our first guest to enjoy the free wireless broadband internet, we now offer to our guests who want to use their own computer.
