Luxury air-conditioned studio apartment on the first floor in a quiet complex which has plenty of grass, trees and well maintained gardens and has the added bonus of a well kept clean pool. The complex features a communal swimming pool FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE RESIDENTS. The apartment is sunny, furnished and decorated to a high standard, and features a king size bed and an armchair which converts into a single bed. There is a dressing table, wardrobe, table and chairs for dining, a TV Stereo/CD Player, DVD Player, Hairdryer, Iron, and an air conditioning unit. The fitted kitchen area features plenty of storage, sink, oven & hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave toaster coffee maker and plenty of crockery and utensils. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath, shower, WC, and wash basin. The apartment opens onto a balcony which overlooks the pool area normally open may to end of October but may vary. There is also a private covered car parking space.

Studio apartment safia is situated only 12 mins walk from the lovely Ayia Trianda beach with fantastic golden sands and a small fishing harbour. There is a bar/ restaurant on site and a few bars/restaurants 2 minutes walk from the studio or a 10 minute walk behind the studio will bring you to a small town where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. there is a bakery opposite the studio where you can get freshly baked bread and a fish & chip shop. 8 minutes by car takes you to the centre of the busy seaside town of Protaras offering an extensive selection of bars and restaurants and also you will find the beaches of fig tree bay. Aya napa is a 15 minute car or taxi ride away

You have equip it like home everything was brilliant, we have given details to several people we work with who are very interested!! so you should get a few more bookings. Another couple who got married in August Hi Val, we had the best time of our lives, absolutely superb, the studio was exactly as you stated we were really pleased with the location & how nice it was thank you so much, the wedding was also like a dream for both of us we couldn't of asked for it to be better, kind regards, Danny & Shania

We had a fantastic time in cyprus & very pleased with the studio it was spotlessly clean & good decore & was so well equipt we even had sunbeds/cool bag & brolly to take to the beach & pool. it was very relaxing & peaceful we had the whole pool to ourselfs for few days & was great to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine & two & watch the birds roost in the tree. We will definitely be rebooking in the future & would highly recommend to anyone.

An excellent holiday apartment

Lovely apartment, exactly as described. Very clean and in a nice quiet area just outside Protaras. The pool and surrounding gardens are beautiful and very quiet, almost like a private pool at times. There are restaurants in walking distance as are several beaches. With a car there is access to lots of beautiful beaches and bars/ restaurants. I would definately recommend this apartment to people and would also return myself. Thank You for a wonderful holiday!

What a fantastic wee apartment! We had a great time.

Every morning one of the locals came around the poolside to give us figs tht he had picked from the fig tree within the apartment complex.

When we irst arrived I was not too sure about the setting from the outside but once inside the complex I was overjoyed. It's a fabulous setting with mature gardens ... palm trees, fig trees etc ... very well looked after and a beautiful, clean swimming pool.

We went to the beach at Protaras on the first day but we loved the poolside so much that we didn't go back to the beach for the rest of our holiday.

I love to cook and Val has made sure the apartment has all the basic utensils I need. There is a fabulous suprmarket just 2 mins drive up the road from the apartment and they stock great local produce. Big fat juicy Cypriot tomatoes were my main ingredient in everything for the week. I left a recipe in the visitor book and you should try it!

I also recommend getting a bottle of the sweet Cypriot red wine and some local oranges and making jugs of sangria! The wine is more like a sherry so if you try it on it's own do it cold.

Great location for driving as well as it is so close to the link roads for the motorways.

We absolutely loved it and hope to be back again just after New Year.

Hi Val many thanks for an excellent and enjoyable stay at your apartment in May 2008.
With found it very clean and it was well equiped with everything we needed.We had no problems finding it and parking the car.
There are planty of restaurants/bars within walking distance as are some lovely beaches.
The complex is in a lovely part of Cyprus we found it very peaceful and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone going to Cyprus.

Many thanks for an excellent and enjoyable stay at your apartment in June 2008.
Apartment was as per description, we found it very clean and very well presented on our arrival.
It was well equiped, even sun beds for the beach if required. Swimming pool was superb and very clean.
Directions supplied were spot on for our arrival, no worries there.
We hired a car so location was very good for us, well positioned for travelling all over the place in a superb part of Cyprus.
Would highly recommend.
