Stylish, spacious, air conditioned apartment situated in one of Cyprus' prime locations, beautiful surroundings, panoramic views. It is a ten minute walk from the main strip of Protaras where the hotels are situated with restaurants, bars and discos for lively entertainment; close to Fig Tree Bay. The apartment consists of a large twin bedroom with sleeping facilities for 5 in total. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Open plan kitchen diner fitted with two ringed hobs, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave with grill, sandwich maker,TV Radio CD Player, hairdryer. Linen and towels provided and changed weekly for two week bookings. Large balcony modern patio furniture and sun lounger with panoramic sea views. Large swimming pool, umbrellas and loungers. Complimentary bottle of wine

The apartment is a ten minute walk from the town centre, sandy beaches, selective restaurants and bars, bus route to lively Ayia Napa resort. In addition the quaint hillside church of Profitas Elias is a main tourist attraction. Popular Fig Tree Bay, with its boating and jet ski facilities is nearby. The nearby town of Paralimni - easily reached by bus - also has a wide range of boutiques, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and other tourist attractions. The apartment is on a popular, established complex with the advantage of being a quiet location close to the centre of Protaras. Located on a complex rather than a street, it offers privacy for quieter residents. Ayia Napa is a short bus ride away. The apartment is a 30 minute drive from Larnaca airport. Car hire is available from Euros 15 per day.

Really enjoyed our stay. Flat is well situated. Quiet complex and lovely pool. Good views out to sea over Protaras. Really great to sit on the balcony drinking the complimentary wine. Protaras is really close. Only five minutes to the main strip. Paul and Dee were very helpful. Recommended.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Families with Teenagers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

The apartment was spacious and adequate for our needs, as there were only two of us, we did not need the use of the sofabed. The description said sleeps 5 but where the fifth person would sleep was a mystery. There was not enough of all the cutlery & dishes to cater for four. kitchen cupboard door was hanging off and air con did not work in the lounge, but the bedroom one worked well.

Everything just looked a little lack lustre and worn out.

The complex itself was very well kept, the pool was cleaned every day, but the sun loungers were old and needed replacing.

Location was good for us as it was far enough away from the busy strip, but near enough to walk to the restaurants and bars on the strip(Down & up an unlit dirt track)
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Age 55+
