• Our fully inclusive prices include 24 hour emergency call out; Pre arrival clean; Welcome pack on arrival comprising bread, butter, preserve, water, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee and sugar; Complimentary bottle of wine; Full use of electricity, air conditioning, heating, spa and satellite television; Linen and towels are refreshed weekly for stays of 14 days and beyond (we do not provide beach towels). All guests receive a detailed pre-arrival information pack.
  
• Guests can pay by cheque, credit or debit card. 25% non refundable deposit on booking; Full payment to be received within 8 weeks of departure; 100 GBP fully refundable security deposit.
  
• 10% discount if the holiday start date is less than 28 days away - applies April to October only.
  10% discount for bookings of 28 days or more - applies January, February, March, November & December only.

The Famagusta district

Protaras is located on the eastern side of Southern Cyprus within the area known as Famagusta. Travel to the nearby Kokkinohoria 'red soil' villages famous for their local agriculture for a taste of typical Cypriot life. Cape Greco, a scenic wilderness lying between Protaras and Ayia Napa, is ideal for walking or cycling. Visit the nearby Sea Cave formations. Explore the peaceful monastery in Ayia Napa, wander around it's fishing harbour or try the nearby Potamos Creek. Varosia, the deserted ghost town unoccupied since 1974, is nearby. Visit the main lookout point at Deryneia or the museum within the town to learn more. Why not take a boat trip out and explore the surrounding area by sea? Go and see Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Nicosia or the Troodos mountains - Cyprus really is a country of day trip proportions with all locations easily accessible via the good network of motorways.
