First floor, luxury, one bedroom apartment has an air-conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, safe and hairdryer. Bathroom has shower, wash basin fitted into a vanity unit and WC. Lounge consists of double sofa, and a double sofa-bed, coffee table, TV and DVD, radio/CD/cassette player, kitchen table and 4 chairs. There is also a ceiling-fan fitted in this room. Patio doors go out onto the pergola covered balcony which has patio table and 3 chairs. Kitchen is fitted with washing machine, ceramic hob and large oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and plenty of cupboard space. With pressurized water system throughout. The property has use of a on site communal pool with your own sunbeds. Beach towels not provided. All linen, bath & hand towels & T-towels provided changed weekly at no extra cost.

Nearest Motorway: Ayia Napa at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres

The apartment is situated in the Paralimni area. It is a 10 minute walk into Paralimni town, with many shops, tavernas and restaurants. Kapparis village is 5 minutes walk and has available a few supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Firemans beach is in this area. The main large supermarket and bus stops are a few minutes walk away at the end of the road. The buses take you to Penera, Protaras, Ayia Napa and Larnaca in the one direction and Paralimni the other. Penera is a 5 minute drive, here you will find a good variety of bars, restaurants and beaches, Protaras is 10 minute drive and here you have a great number of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from and of course Fig Tree Bay, Ayia Napa is where the real night life begins, here you will also find bars restaurants and plenty of shops and many more beaches including Europe's largest Water Park. Hire Vehicles and Excursions available locally. Airport pick ups can be arranged

We cannot commend this apartment highly enough. It was spotlessly clean and the owners (Tony and Sharon) were there to greet us on arrival. It was fantastic to have a fridge stocked with all the essentials, so we didn't have to dash to the supermarket! Although a car was useful for sightseeing, it wasn't essential, as the pool was lovely and the supermarket, village and beach were within easy walking distance. Tony and Sharon were very kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

Fabulous Apartment

This was our first visit to Cyprus & we were thrilled to be staying in such a beautiful & very spacious apartment. Sharon & Tony the owners were very friendly, helpful & always on hand to offer advice or answer any questions. On arrival there was a welcome pack & Tony & Sharon gave us a tour of the local area pointing out good restaurants and places to visit. The apartment itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything you'd need including a lovely pool. Although we didn't have a car on this visit there's plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches within a pleasant walking distance & the local bus service is both cheap and reliable. We can't wait to book again & would like to say a big thank you to Sharon & Tony for all they did to make our holiday such a memorable one.

FABULOUS apartment, everything your needed. Owners Sharon & Tony are very friendly & helpful.
Excellent.
The property is spotless & maintained to the highest standards.
Quiet location, within short driving distance to paralimni town & protaras fig tree bay & nightlife.

Highly recommended. I have already booked for March & September next year.

Thank you sharon & tony cant wait to visit again.

So beautiful!!!

We arrived in Kapparis from Paphos and were surprised to find so a beautiful place. In a quiet street, but near to the main road and all facilities (restaurants, beaches, shops - but a car is advised) it's the right place for relax and chill out.
The property is very well maintained, the swimming pool most of the time with no one in it, the owners very friendly and always available for any kind of information you need.
For sure, if we will return in Cyprus, we'll book again here!

This apartment is pure luxury in every way and definitely deserves the 5/5. Sharon & Tony were so kind and helpful and were close-by if we needed them for anything but we did'nt because everything was perfect, we just can't praise this apartment high enough including Sharon and Tony and we are booked up for next year already.

This was the first time we had been to Kapparis as we have been coming to Cyprus since 1992/93 and recommend hiring a car for exploring this beautiful island.
Thanks to Sharon & Tony was again for a perfect holiday!
