Two luxury 2 bedroom self catering apartments with communal pool situated in the brand new Blue Electra complex located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Protaras (Kapparis). The apartments were completed in June 2006 and furnished to a high standard. They both have master bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together if required. There are also sofa beds in the living room meaning that they can comfortably sleep 6 people. The ground floor apartment has a large open plan kitchen and living area that leads onto a large garden veranda ideal for outdoor dining. There is also a veranda at the other side of the apartment that looks onto the pool area so you should be able to find the sun throughout the day. The first floor apartment has a veranda access through the large open plan kitchen and living room. All verandas have tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

This is a superb ground floor apartment with front and back terraces. It has been finished and furnished to a high standard. The 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 6 (there is a double sofa bed in the lounge). It has an open plan living room and kitchen area which leads onto front garden terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining. The living area has two big leather sofas and the dining area has a table seating 6. There is a master bedroom and a twin room with 2 beds that can be pushed together if required. The twin room leads onto the back terrace which looks onto the pool. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower. One parking space is allocated for the apartment and there is easy access to the pool.

If you prefer a quiet peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of over commercialised resorts then Kapparis is for you. The nearest beach to the apartment is Firemans Beach which is just a 5 minute stroll away. From there you can follow the coastal path and you'll find about 14 tiny secluded coves all with cyrystal clear water. The long white sandy beaches around the family resort of Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay and the lovely Connos Bay at Cape Greco, are only 10 minutes drive away. Should you want a taste of a more lively resort Ayia Napa with its variety of clubs, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach and Water World is just 10kms away. The resort of Protaras, which also offers a large variety of bars, restaurants and excellent beaches is but 6kms away. The apartment is just of Kennedy Avenue in Kapparis which has a range of good restaurants, shops and bars. Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality.

this is a great place if you are looking to be in a quiet safe area for a family who are looking to be just away from the more busy and noisy areas.We found it just as cheap to have a car for the two weeks as it is to pay for return transfers to the airport this made it very easy to go to all the areas we wanted all times approx by car parralimmini 4min, protaras town 4min, aiya napa town10 min, water world 15 min, lanaca airport 25 min, all very easy to find.To walk to beach 5min,nearest bars and restaurants 4min,nearest shops 4min.
