The apartment is on the first floor with lift access, two balconies, 3m x 2m each, & stairs to the flat roof for discreet sunbathing. One balcony, has a gas-fired barbeque, a patio table, 4 chairs & a view. The second balcony has shade in the mornings & a paddling pool so children can play. There are ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bed-side cabinets, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table with mirror, hairdryer & a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds, 2 bed-side cabinets & fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath with shower curtain & shower attachment, wash basin with vanity unit & WC. The lounge area consists of a 3-seater bed-settee & 2-seater settee, a coffee table, satellite TV & DVD/radio/cassette player in cupboard. The dining area has a stylish dining table & 6 matching chairs. The kitchen area has water cooler, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, iron, ironing board & airer.

The apartment is in a quiet location in the village of Kapparis. It is an easy walk from local shops, restaurants and four beaches. Each beach is unique, from being undeveloped to offering jet-skis, banana-boat rides, bars and restaurants. Walking for 10 min inland you will find a bakers which also stocks groceries and is open 24-7. The four local beaches are a 20 - 25 minute walk away. There is a villa, 2 miles away, which is available through Greg and Liz. The total accommodation sleeps 10 to 14 people. Protaras is a 5-minute drive for a wider range of shops, restaurants, night clubs and beaches including Fig Tree Bay. Ayia Napa is a 10- minute drive away for the 18-30 holiday scene. Taxis are easily available if you don't wish to drive.

    Long term rental is available at £400 per month plus bills and a proportion of the community charge
