This luxury ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area is just off the main road which offers numerous shops, bars & restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment has its own extensive, fully enclosed, private terrace and has access to a communal pool whilst the local beach is just 5 minutes walk away. The enclosed terrace is ideal for families needing a bit more space for children to play safely or for couples wanting some privacy and of course for the all important al fresco dining. The popular family friendly resort of Protaras, offering a wide range of bars and restaurants and water sports on the wide sandy beaches, such as the famous Fig Tree Bay, are under 10 min drive. Ayia Napa is only 15 min drive/taxi away and offers a huge choice of things to do from fantastic beaches, museums, great restaurants, a water park and nightclubs for the more nocturnal holiday makers.

Life in Cyprus is all about outdoor living and this apartment provides all you need to do this. The open plan living area opens out through double patio doors onto the large fully enclosed private terrace offering space to eat al fresco and relax in the sunshine. The terrace has a table complete with parasol and seating for 6, plus two sunlounger beds for your use. The addition of the colourful plants and flowers makes this your own secret haven to escape the crowds or just to relax and enjoy a sun downer in the evening. Away from the apartment, access to the beach is easy as it is just 5 minutes stroll away and the coastal path offers lovely walks along the sea edge towards Ayia Triada, Pernera and eventually to Protaras passing many lovely secluded coves and beaches en route.

Notes: The Famagusta District has a lot to offer as it encompasses Kapparis, Parlalimni, Protaras, Cape Greco and Ayia Napa to name just the most well know locations. Within this area there is more than enough to see and do to keep even the most active holiday makers busy for their whole time on this beautiful island. The administrative capital of the area, Paralimni, provides a combination of the old and new side by side whilst Protaras is a lively family orientated resort benefiting from the best white sandy beaches on the island and Ayia Napa has a multitude of attractions from bars, nightclubs and restaurants to wonderful beaches, a water park and museums - enough to keep anyone occupied.

Local Area Information: Kapparis is a rapidly up and coming area and is now a resort in its own right with the main road (Kennedy Avenue) through the area providing a selection of bars, restaurants and shops and is ideally located just off the coast. The nearest beach to the apartment, Firemans Beach, is an easy 5-10 minute stroll away and if you follow the coastal path you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water. Kapparis is a quiet resort giving you the chance to escape and relax yet is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively. The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay, are just 10 minutes away by car. In addition to the wonderful beaches, Protaras is a lively family orientated resort and is often considered to be the smaller relation of Ayia Napa which has everything on a larger and more lively scale, including one of Europe's largest water park.
