Set in the heart of Kapparis, in a quiet residential area, on the East Coast of Cyprus, this luxury apartment is within easy walking distance of the Beach, excellent Restaurants and the local Shops. Only five minutes walk takes you to one of the top restaurants in the East of Cyprus. Walk to one of the great Meze houses for a traditional meal, or go Italian, or Chinese, the choice is endless. The town of Paralimni is only a few minutes drive away and has major supermarkets, including a brand new Carrefour. Protaras, a popular family resort, offers a further range of bars and restaurants and is only 10 minutes drive. As is the famous Fig Tree Bay with its water sports and wide sandy beaches. In the area are a range of historic sites, museums and one of the largest Water Parks in Europe. The airport at Larnaca is only 45 minutes drive on the east west highway. Car hire can be arranged with a car waiting for you at the airport - with instructions on how to find the apartment.

Excellent week. One of the best equipped apartments I have stayed in. Quiet building, pool all to myself! Lots of facilities still open nearby. Great terrace for relaxing on. Will stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: We set out to make the apartment a well equiped home from home, there is nothing worse than finding no corkscrew!
The terrace is our favourite place for relaxation, a veritable sun trap throughout the year, with good restaurants within walking distance and open all year to complete a relaxing day.

This apartment is very well stocked, clean and in a perfect position to explore this part of Cyprus. As timeshare owners, we are used to a very high standard of apartment and this is definitely on a par with most we have stayed in.The owners have gone that little bit further to provide entertainment and information leaflets making it perfect for families and couples alike. Excellent apartment in great location

Excellent, spacious 2 bed apartment within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Balcony is large and is a great place to catch the late day sun - a real sun trap. Clean and well furnished apartment. Pool was not heated but with the beautiful Cyprus weather this was not necessary. Would highly recommend a car to enjoy the island.
Excellent customer service provided by owners from start to finish.

We booked this apartment for a family holiday - 2 adults and 2 teenagers (age 15 and 13). The owners arranged our car hire and excellent communication from them provided a smooth transition from the airport to the apartment, about 45 minutes drive. The apartment was ideally situated, excellently maintained and well equipped. The pool was a good size and although we were there in August were often sole users. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend Karas - The Village Tavern, Faliros and the chinese next to the supermarket. Worth hiring a car if you want the busier nightlife of Protaras (about 10 minutes drive). Also Konnos beach is well worth a visit (15 minutes drive). Very safe for kids with excellent watersports if needed! We will definately consider returning.

Our fondness for this apartment is clear, as we have already made one return visit. This is a real home from home - a well equipped haven to return to after exploring the delights of the area. The location is ideal for those wishing to visit the North during their stay. The secluded beaches are a gentle stroll away, and their are many coastal walks offering views across to Famagusta. The terrace is an ideal spot to eat or relax any time of day, as there is sun from early morning until late afternoon. The pool is easily accessed and well managed. Being a mainly residential, area there is a delightful absence of the fun-fair atmosphere of many coastal resorts, and has a very Greek atmosphere. Shopping and varied eating out are accessible on foot, with an even wider selection just a short drive away. The car hire firm recommended is efficient, reliable & friendly. We shall definitely return!
