Furnished to a very high standard and fully air-conditioned, the apartment contains everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kapparis is a quiet resort giving you the chance to escape and relax yet is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively.

Kapparis is a rapidly up and coming area and is now a resort in its own right with. The apartment is only a 10 minute stroll to the beach (Firemans Beach). Local bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The local restaurants serve a choice of local specialities as well as international cuisine. Try out the Cypriot dance/music evenings. Nearby is the town of Paralimni which has three large supermarkets and many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The popular family resort of Protaras, offering a wide range of bars and restaurants and water sports on the wide sandy beaches such as the famous Fig Tree Bay are under 10 min drive. Ayia Napa is also close by as it is only 15 min drive/taxi away and offers a huge choice of things to do from fantastic beaches, museums, great restaurants and nightclubs for the more nocturnal holiday makers. It also boasts one of Europe's largest water parks. Crazy golf courses are in plenty supply and a great way to keep the kids entertained.

  • The prices quoted are inclusive of air-conditioning, heating and satellite TV. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, and final balance is due 8 weeks before departure. In addition to this, a refundable security deposit (subject to no damage in apartment during stay) of £150 is required at the time of booking. You are responsible for arrange your own travel insurance. There is a 10% discount if the holiday start date is less than 28 days away. 10% discount for bookings of 28 days or more.
    Note:100% refund if your airline becomes insolvent within 7 days of your departure from the UK

A lovely and clean holiday apartment, exactly as described. It was well furnished, comfortable with everything you could possibly want and need to enjoy your holiday in Cyprus.
Booking was straight forward and the owners were friendly and helpful.
Great location, close to lots of great beaches and restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and cannot wait to also return myself.
