These properties are situated within a newly built prestigious resort, which enjoys stunning mountain and sea views. The resort has 3 large individually designed communal pools with children pools alongside, set within attractive landscaped gardens. Each property has multiple terraces on which it is possible to relax and take advantage of the views and cooling breezes. The properties have been finished to a high standard and have been appointed with quality furnishings and fittings throughout.

This spacious bungalow comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a large living and dining area. There are air conditioning units in the living area and both bedrooms. There is a large roof terrace affording great views of the coast and mountains. This offers a private area for sun worshipping or to enjoy a meal as the sun goes down. On the ground floor there is a shady terrace area overlooking the pool. The communal pool is shaped around a number of beautiful olive trees, and is equipped with poolside showers, a children's pool and sun loungers.

The accommodation is situated in a quiet location overlooking the sea and mountains. The charming village of Esentepe is only 2 miles away where there are a number of restaurants, shops and an internet cafe. The coastal road will take you to the bustling town of Kyrenia, which has a wide selection of restaurants and bars located around its beautiful horseshoe shaped harbour. There are numerous attractions in the vicinity of the development: An 18 hole championship golf course is just 5 minutes drive away. It has excellent facilities including a driving range, health spa, a bar and restaurant. Alagadi beach is approx. 5 miles away, where you can join the scientists helping the loggerhead turtles come ashore and lay their eggs.There are volunteer activities on the beach most evenings between June & September. The children might also enjoy a day out at the Octopus waterpark or the Acapulco Beach Club which offers a range of watersports - both of which are only a short drive.

Travel: Cyprus Turkish, Pegasus and Turkish Airlines operate regular flights to Ercan airport which is approximately 40 minutes drive from the property. Alternatively, you can fly into Larnaca airport in the South. Many tour operators offer Larnaca flights during the months of April to October, including First Choice and Monarch. BA also operate a daily scheduled service from Heathrow. The transfer time to the resort, including the border crossing, is approximately 75 minutes.

Golf: Korineum Golf & Country Club is a 5 minute drive from the property. It offers an international standard 18 hole (par 72) golf course, as well as practice holes and a driving range. There is also a state of the art spa facility offering a wide range of treatments. Even for non golfers the restaurants and bars offer a pleasant setting to relax and observe the activities on the course. Listing description was accurate and if anything didn't do justice to this lovely bungalow. Dealing with the owner was a real pleasure and communications were good.
Bungalow is spacious, well equipped and spotless. The shaded outside areas were really appreciated, we were able to sit out at any time no matter how hot and sunny. Set in a garden and facing on to a magnificant swimming pool this was still a quite and private bungalow. The view from the roof terrace by day was of the sea and by evening the lights of Kyrenia and the stars in the sky.
This is an ideal location if you are looking for a relaxing and peacefull holiday, however, it's is a fair way out of Kyrenia and car hire is essential. If night life is vital to your holiday this may not be the location for you but it's perfect if recharging your batteries is your aim.
North Cyprus still has some way to go to making it beaches more attractive but the nearby Turtle Beach is by far one the better beaches.
We had a brilliant time and would go back.
