Alagadi golf bungalow is a brand new villa which comprises full central heating and air con throughout & is situated in a private gated estate of 5 large private villas. This luxurious villa has 4 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, fully fitted wardrobes and have their own patio doors leading on to their own terraces each with stunning views. The large open plan living/dining area is suitable for large parties on vacation. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room & separate wc with marble floors throughout. Situated within 1 mile of turtle beach this villa has absolutely breathtaking views of Bespemark mountains which are totally uninterrupted and is right next to Esentepe golf & country club. The 9 meter round infinity pool & Jacuzzi with a shallow end ideal for families. Set within 1 acre of landscaped gardens which includes a double garage, large drive & covered barbeque area the surrounding area is very peaceful.

There is an 18 hole championship golf course next door to the bungalow with a spa for the ladies. Local fishing harbour, where you can fish from the pier or hire a boat for the day. Turtle bay (Alagadi) is a short drive away, this is a protected area as loggerhead and green turtles use it to lay their eggs. There is a vistors centre which operates from 6pm onwards when you can go and watch the turtles. Esentepe village is a 5 min drive away that has a mini supermarket. Bellapais is a 10 min drive away that has a pharmacy and 2 supermarkets that sell british products.

Bungalow next door to golf course: There is the local mini market in esentepe village about 5mins drive which stocks fresh made bread and all the essentials you will need , otherwise there is the main super markets heading back to Bellapais, lemar and a few others which stock British brand products. Turtle bay is a 5mins drive away, so if you wish to laze at the beach its on your doorstep with a lovely beach hut that provides all drinks and meals at reasonable prices. The villa is next door to the golf course so why not pop next door if you play golf and let the ladies go in for a spa.

Holiday In Kyrenia

We had a lovely holiday in thi villa...the villa is very big inside with all the bedrooms having ensuites. There's also a well equiped kitchen - also all the plug sockets in the house are the UK 3 Pin variety so leave your continental converters at home. In August whilst we were there its very hot so thank goodness for the Air Conditioning!

Outside is a large pool, BBQ and plenty of sun beds etc.

We did have problems with the lack of water in the pool but a call or 2 to David and he fixed if for a large tanker to turn up and top the pool up.

Would we go back? Most definately!

Our Villa In Cyprus

The villa was of a high standard. It was situated in a quiet cul de sac with fantastic scenery all around. It was great having each bedroom with an en suite. The villa was spacious and light. The outside space was more than ample.
I would recommend a car is needed however, the local taxi firm was very accomadating.
The villa is ideal for families aswell as groups who like the peace but also have the option to go out of an evening but not in built up areas. Good restaurants. If wanting some adventure the options are easily available.

my family rented this villa on the internet with a hope that it would be great but it actually exceeded our expectations it was a gorgeous property and a gorgeous location with veiws that i can not put with words. It is also very private and secluded. It was clean and well kitted out with a welcome pack in the fridge that was really lovley, there was a great selection of cds and dvds also and the kitchen was full of all the things you need. There were a few niggles that would have nice not to have had but all problems were dealt with promptly. The pool being the biggest issue, because the over flow wasnt working the pool merked up evry couple of days, but as i said it was sorted for us thankfully. Our water ran out on the second day but again it was dealt with quickley. The local beach was gorgeous and free Alagdi. The villa is a bit out in the sticks and a car is essential but if you dont mind a 15/20 min drive you find yourself within the action. It is a lovely villa and we enjoyed our holiday.

We enjoyed our time at the villa , it was close to golf club , yet was very private and allowed us to wind down and enjoy a peaceful holiday. No really close neighbours , so we did not disturb anyone else adn no one disturbed us. would definately book again but must book early as i have tried to book a few times since but has booked.
