Villa Sobella is a detached 3 bedroom, air conditioned villa, situated in the Pernera area of Protaras. The villa has an open plan lounge and dining area, with dining table that seats six, settees, TV and DVD player. The patio doors lead to the swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen is separate to the lounge/dining area and includes a table and chairs, washing machine, fridge/freezer, utensils, crockery, saucepans, iron and ironing board. Upstairs the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the two twin bedrooms have two single beds in each room. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and wardrobes. Both twin bedrooms lead on to balcony areas, where guests can relax and enjoy the view. Also upstairs there is a modern fitted bathroom and a separate shower room, each with its own toilet. Outside there is a patio area with a private swimming pool,(10mx4m), regularly cleaned.Located by the pool are six sunbeds,umbrellas, table and six chairs

Villa Sobella is located in the Pernera area of Protaras on a quiet residental estate.Pernera is one of the four regions of Protaras and is located on the east coast of Cyprus. It is a family orientated resort and is very much a self contained resort with nearby sandy beaches and numerous water sport facilities.There is a very good night life in Penera with an excellant selection of restaurants, bars and cafes located a short stroll away. Pernera has some of the best beaches in Cyprus and five minutes walk takes you to beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. Protaras Water Park is located nearby.A walkway has been constructed along the water front which connect Penera to Protaras,it takes 25 minutes to walk and is lined by bars and restaurants. The larger and popular resorts of Ayia Napa and Paralimni are located a short distance away. Ayia Napa has a large selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs and the harbour is lined with Greek tavernas.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The villa is suitable for a maximum of six and is for couples and families only. We do not take bookings for groups of male or females.
    Included in the rental rates is free air conditioning, gas and electricity, water and maintenance and cleaning of swimming pool. Linen and towels are changed once a week and are provided on your arrival. Beach towels are not provided.
  • The minimum booking for Sobella villa is one week. Once dates are available and agreed then a non refundable deposit of 30% is payable to secure the booking. The balance of the booking plus the refundable security bond is payable 8 weeks prior to the stay at the villa. Should the booking take place less than 8 weeks prior to your stay then the whole amount plus £250 is payable immediately.
  • The security bond will be repaid after the management company has checked the Villa and will be sent seven days after your departure.

The property is managed by a British run property maintenance company. The company will provide the keys to the villa and offer airport transfers. A welcome pack is provided and they will provide with any assistance to make your holiday a memorable one. The company is responsible for towels and linen change.

The villa will be available to guests after 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the villa by 12.00pm on departure. There could be flexibility depending on other bookings.
