Villa Jondan was completed in October 2006 and is situated in one of the most sought after areas of Kapparis, near Protaras. It overlooks a large communal pool shared by only 12 houses, and is often your own!! The house has been furnished with top quality, beds, furniture, lighting, etc making it somewhere we hope you will want to return year after year. A small sandy beach, adjacent to Firemans Beach and used mainly by the locals is only a couple of hundred yards stroll from the house and only a five minute walk away are bars, shops and restaurants, (3 of which are the best in the area). Some of the best beaches in Cyprus are situated on the south east coast of the island including Fig Tree Bay, Nissi Beach, Konnos Beach, Firemans Beach as well as a number of endless secluded coves. There's a huge range of watersports and the scuba diving and snorkelling is fantastic. Protaras has it's own Waterpark but for mega thrills a visit to Waterworld in Ayia Napa, Europes largest!

  • Both bedrooms contain good quality 3 foot single beds that can be used as twin or king size doubles. Both bedrooms are a good size, have large built in wardrobes and are fitted with shutters which are essential for keeping the house cool and dark in the early mornings (very few curtains keep out the sun in the summer!) The sofa beds in the lounge are of the the highest quality. They are the metal sprung type with good mattresses. The triple seater is good for two adults but the double seater is more suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. Mirrors and hairdryers are provided in each room. Lovely bedspreads have been provided for the early spring and late autumn and winter nights.

excellent accomodation,everything you needed was supplied ,was lovely and clean pool terrific, some great restaurants nearby, firemans beach good and within walking distance. would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts
