This luxurious villa boasts a private pool with a shallow end for young children and a deep end for adults,six sun loungers and two parasols and an outdoor shower.There is a top-of-the range purpose built outdoor barbecue and a garden table.The villa boasts a parking facility for 3-4 cars and a lovely garden filled with colourful Mediterranean trees and sweet-smelling flowers which you can enjoy during the heat of the day and during your more breezy evenings of pleasure with garden,pool and perimeter lighting.The villa is totally enclosed with gates at the front for the safety of children and for your complete privacy and security.The spacious,luxurious bedrooms,two of which have balconies,are fully air-conditioned and the upstairs bathroom is fully equipped with the latest conveniences.The downstairs boasts a spacious,luxurious open-plan design,fully air conditioned,with a modern fully equipped kitchen,a dining area and a living room area with a T.V. and a separate shower/WC room.

Situated in small residential complex of four houses just outside of Ayia Napa the villa is approx 150 metres from the sea and it is situated on the sea front side - ie- there is no need to cross the Ayia Thekla Road to get to the sea. It is a short drive of 2 minutes to Water World Water Park, the largest waterpark in Cyprus, and a 5 minute drive to Ayia Napa centre. Nearby you have the beautiful sandy beach of Ayia Thekla with its sheltered lagoon ideal for children. Full beach facilities are available. There is also a mini supermarket 5 minutes walk away from the villa...

How far is the villa from the center of Ayia Napa: The villa is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Ayia Napa on a straight road and approximately a half an hour walk. To walk to the beach of Ayia Thekla it is approximately an 8-10 minute walk (less than 1 min drive) Water World Water Park is approx a 20 minute walk ( approx 2 min drive)

How to hold a booking: A booking is held upon receipt of a cheque for the deposit amount. The outstanding balance is payable 2 months before the booking date. Receipts are sent as confirmation along with a map and explanatory notes on a complimentary welcome pack upon arrival at the villa, contact telephone number in Cyprus and information on flight details and if there are any delays so that we can contact the villa manager who will be waiting for arrival of client at the villa to pass over the keys and show them around the villa and to answer any questions.

Local Food Store: There is a mini supermarket which is a 5 minute walk away from the villa.
