This beautiful, new 3 bedroom detached villa, with private overflow pool and sea-views, offers luxury accommodation for that special relaxing holiday. The villa is furnished and fully equipped to a high standard and is situated in an exclusive cul-de-sac, about 350 metres from the sea and 3 miles from Ayia Napa. A sandy beach, traditional Cypriot Taverna and well stocked local shop are within minutes walk. The magical Water World is 5 minutes drive by car. The accommodation comprises of: 2 first floor double bedrooms with sea view balconies, bathroom/WC, ground floor WC and shower room, ground floor double bedroom, spacious through lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms, and for the comfort of our guests, insect screens on doors and windows. Car parking is provided by a private drive. Airport pick up, hire cars and food packages can be arranged.

Ayia Thekla is quiet, residential area and is an ideal retreat for a special relaxing holiday. It is about 3 miles from Ayia Napa, along the coast road, and a 40 minute drive from Larnaca Airport on the motorway. It is a very easy journey. There is a local, well stocked Supermarket, and a secluded, traditional Greek Taverna within 5 minutes walk. There are various local attractions, Water World, Go-Karting, Nissi Beach with all the Watersports you can imagine, Ayia Thekla Church, Ayia Napa Monastry and many superb secluded sandy beaches. Within Ayia Napa Town Centre, there are many fine Greek and International Restaurants, Pubs, Clubs and a Fun Fair. The Harbour has some particularly fine Fish Restaurants, where it is pleasant to relax and watch the boats. Boat trips can be taken from the Harbour. There is a bus stop, at the top of the road, with a bus service every half hour. The Cypriot People are particularly friendly and a warm welcome awaits you.

Cannot recommend this lovely Villa highly enough. Everything you need is provided, and location is terrific. The owner was a joy to work with, and all arrangements went smoothly. Accomodation was clean and comfortable, a true home from home. The pool is gorgeous!
Everyone we met locally was very friendly and helpful.
We had a terrific time, and have already reserved our spot for next year - can't wait!!!

what a cracking villa, location excellent, villa was fabulous, pool to die for, as they say exactly what it says on the tin. everythink went smoothly from being met with the hire car to the welcome pack to the departure all we could have wanted and more will be going back again and again
you,ll need to go a long way to beat this cracker
