The villa is set in the village of Vrysoulles with Tavernas, restaurants and shops, bank within walking distance and a 15 minute drive into the centre of Protaras & Ayia Napa. The villa is situated on a small estate and has its own private pool , barbecue and many other facilities. In fact there is everything you require for a family holiday. It is newly built and everything has been tastefully designed from decor to contents to make you feel at home. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom which has a double bed with bathroom, also one twin bedroom with ensuite both bedrooms have balconies. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 double bed settees also an ensuite, also there is a separate washroom with toilet and sink. The sitting room has television, DVD , satellite TV and stereo, The kitchen has every appliance which you have in your own home.. Outside there are patio areas and furniture and sun loungers as well as barbecue, washing line etc.

This villa is just right if you want a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia napa and Protaras, also just close enough to go to both of these towns and there beautiful beaches. There are some good restaurants and tavernas in the village which charge a lot less than in the main resorts. There are a choice of two cars at the villa available tobe hired from £50 to £75 per week.
