Privately owned spacious 3 bedroom luxury villa, sleeps up to 6 people and is situated on the east coast of Cyprus on the outskirts of Ayia Napa at Ayia Thekla. The villa is approximately 200 metres from the beach. the villa is new to the rental market and all furnishings are new. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a large 8m by 4m pool, with a fully equipped patio comprising of six sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and barbeque area, there is also parking for two cars. The Accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and consists of a spacious lounge with a cream leather 3 piece suite, TV, DVD, CD stereo there is also a selection of CD'S and films. There are good bus and taxi services and several beaches including Nissi Bay are close by also the largest water park in Europe.

Villa May is located about 6 kilometers from the centre of Ayia Nappa at Ayia Tekla, this is a recently new development of sea front villas and is only 200 meters from the beach and a lovely seafront beach bar. the water park is about 2 kilometers from the villa and a good selection of bars and restaurants are also close by as are the shops. The villa is also about 2 kilometers from the best beach in the area, Nissi Beach where all water sport activities are available.
