Villa is fully air conditioned and heated, has satellite TV, DVD, music system, (selection of Cd's & DVDs) & P.S 2. All bedrooms lead to a veranda via sliding French windows and all have large built-in wardrobes. Peaceful but close to magnificent beaches with large selection of water sports; nearby cycle paths, areas of natural beauty and local bus service. Easy access to large water park (10 mins walk), local taverna (2 mins walk). Close to Ayia Napa with it's wide variety of shopping, clubs, restaurants and fun. This villa is perfect for all your holiday needs: Romance, exploring the beautiful island of love, weddings, honeymoons, sport and family and only 30 minutes from Larnaca airport.

Close to Ayia Napa famous for its beaches, harbour, water sports, restaurants and vibrant night life, but far enough away to give the peace of a rural sea side community. A few places to eat within easy walking distance, a nearby supermarket and water park also within walking distance. Close to beach and beach bars. Nisi beach 4Km away. Wide choice of scooter & cycle hire nearby. Short drive to Paralimni with it's beautiful unspoiled town centre where one can enjoy shopping, visiting the 3 churches in the square or sitting in Cafe Senso watching the world go by. Also shopping to suit every taste and requirement on April 1st. Street (the main street passing by the edge of town) Continue up April 1st Street through Derynia and you will eventually arrive at the Turkish boarder where you can get a two day pass (car hire company permitting) and visit the vast market at Famagusta or relax by the old Anglican Cathedral in the newly redeveloped harbour area with Turkish coffee & Baklava.

Twin upstairs bedroom with similar facilities, leading to balcony as before. Twin downstairs bedroom similar to upstairs twin, leading to own balcony, perhaps suited to someone less mobile. There is a large double sofa bed in the living room providing additional sleeping accommodation for a further two people, but because of limited bathroom space the villa is not recommended for more than 6 adults.
