A short walk away is the sandy blue flag Ayia Thekla beach and the fantastic Waterpark. Ayia Napa is a 5 minute car drive away. The villa has a large private luxury, 10x5m, overflow roman nosed walk in, tiled pool, shallow end 80cm for smaller children. The luxury villa will sleep 8 people and has 3 bedrooms,1 double and 2 twins with 1 twin on the ground floor. Master bedroom has large terrace area. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, CD radio and hairdryers. Family bathroom upstairs and wet room downstairs. Spacious dining and living area with fully fitted kitchen. The Villa is on a small complex of 17 properties in an area of exceptional natural beauty known as Ayia Thekla, which is located 35 minutes from Larnaca airport, 5 minutes from Ayia Napa and 8 minutes from Proteras on the south east coast of Cyprus. The villa sits back 800 metres from the coastline between the church of Ayia Thekla and the fishing village of Potamos. The location benefits from the gentle sea breeze and has fantastic sea views. Just a few minutes away is the blue flag beach of Ayia Thekla which is a superb sandy beach. Cyprus's largest waterpark is also only a few minutes away and is a great day out for all the family. The nearby towns of Ayia Napa and Proteras are focused on families and couples with plenty to do whatever your interests. There are excellent restaurants and tavernas, with bars, clubs and modern shops. Ayia Napa has a vibrant town square and popular fun fair, with many other activities including water sports and hiking.

  • Changeover days can be flexible and we try to suit clients who are looking for a 10 day break. Most airlines fly into Cyprus on a Sunday and a Wednesday, so these are the common change over dates. If you are looking for a 10 day break, then the price is the weekly rate divided by 7 and multiplied by 10. If you are staying over a month end, then the remainder of your stay will be calculated at the prevailing tariff.
    A 30% deposit is required upon the confirmation of your booking, (deposit is non refundable) and the full amount is payable 10 weeks before your holiday date. A refundable £250 security bond is required as a deposit against any damages. This is released within 2 weeks of your return home. Full terms & conditions are provided when you book.

Notes: 'The Haven' has been built to exacting standards with all soft furnishings, beds and furniture being shipped out from England. The beds are all 'divans' and are silent night. The linen is first class, the majority of it is 'dormer' brand. If you have a two week stay, a maid service is provided with all linen replaced. Whilst towels are provided, we ask that you bring with you towels for the beach. Our management company are on hand for whatever you need, and will provide a meet and greet service within 24 hours of your arrival. Neil and Tina emigrated from Reading a few years ago. We provide a complimentary welcome pack which provides essentials including tea! There is a wine cooler available. There is a selection of games, books DVDs, PlayStation games, if you have favorites take them with you please. The pool has a shallow end of 80cms for the kids.

Comments from one of our wedding parties from 2007 'Villa absolutely beautiful, we came to Ayia Napa to get married and had the reception at the villa, which everyone agreed was perfect!'

Potomos Fishing Village: If you love fish, then this is the place to visit! It is only a short walk away, even quicker by car, and here you will find two excellent restaurants with traditional Cypriot hospitality. One restaurant overlooks the estuary and the other overlooks the Mediterranean. Here you can relax in a non tourist environment enjoying fresh fish straight from the sea!

Air-conditioning and Central Heating: Please note that there is a charge of 4 Euros per unit per day payable locally to our agents, for air-conditioning, and a charge of 15 Euros per day to cover the cost of the Kerosene, payable locally to our agents.

Golf: The stunning Aphrodite Hills 18 hole Championship Standard golf course designed by Cabell B. Robinson is a 90 minute drive away, so you can take in some of the island's natural beauty on your way to an amazing round of golf. The course, which took five years to make, follows the scenic contours of the two plateaux; its challenging fairways, cutting a swathe through lakes, olive and carob trees - it is no wonder that the course has taken its rightful place amongst the very best the Mediterranean can offer. Afterwards you can relax in the clubhouse Restaurant which serves a light 5 star a la carte menu.

Fabulous holiday

We stayed at the villa for 10 days in October and can not praise it highly enough. The villa itself & all the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. The pool is of a good size and although it was late in the season we were still in it every day. There is heating available if you ask for it. There is a large pool/terrace area and plenty of space for people to get peace if they want it.
R& S(owners) have tried to think of everything you could posssibly want and are very friendly & approachable.Both prior to the holiday & also while we were there they contacted us to see if they could help in any way.
The Welcome pack was well received, particularly the bottles of wine!
We will certainly try to book the villa again if we return to Cyprus.

2 week summer '09 visit

The property is immaculate throughout and well presented. It contains everything you will need during your stay. The pool is of a good size and benefits from not being overlooked by the road or neighbours. There is plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. The BBQ is fantastic and was used almost every day. The location is far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of Agia Napa but only a short drive away. There are plenty of small supermarkets nearby but if you require a more substantial supermarket there are a few about 15 minutes drive away. The large shops do not open on Sundays.
The water park nearby is an excellent day out as was a trip on the "Black Pearl" from Agia Napa harbour.
If there are any issues during your stay then an excellent management company is only a phone call away to assist. I would recommend a stay at the Haven for anyone who would like a mixture of exploring the are and enjoying some chilled out days by the pool.

Great family holiday

We had a great family holiday in the Haven, The description of the villa is spot on!!
We found it to be very well maintained and clean, and the welcome pack was a god send!!
Our favourite part of the villa was the outside area, the pool being a great size.
Customer service from the owners was outstanding.
When holidaying in Cyprus in future i will definately use this villa again.
