    Bookings may be paid for in Euros at the mid-rate prevailing at the date the final payment is made
    The rate includes all utilities, linen, towels, even beach towels and a full clean at the start of your holiday. For holidays of 2 weeks or more a change of all linen is provided each week.

  • All bedrooms are light and airy, have ceiling fans, a/c heating, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinets with personal lighting. A combination of double glazing, adjustable shutters and insect screens means every combination of light, dark, open or closed is possible for a comfortable night's sleep. The large master has an ensuite and a Romeo and Juliet balcony. The 2nd twin bedroom has an enormous balcony as an alternative sun bathing location. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is another twin bedded room. An important design point is the 4th bedroom situated downstairs which has a terrace and an ensuite which has a separate entrance from the living area. This is ideal for older relations who cannot face the stairs.

No smoking in the villa please but, of course, you may smoke in the garden and ash trays are provided. Children are very welcome. The doors to all balconies, terraces and the roof areas are all lockable as is the cover to the Jacuzzi. The roof terrace is one of the best features of this property as it occupies the full footprint of the villa. It has its own set of patio furniture for alfresco dining, a gas barbecue, and sail style shading for your comfort over the Jacuzzi and eating areas. There is a sink with cupboard, drinks fridge, shower and still loads of space for as many sun beds as required. Then we have the Jacuzzi, positioned to appreciate the view and provide a good level of privacy. Room for 6 people even with one person laying completely flat .... you need never leave the roof.
